To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Mini NC. Please try these troubleshooting steps. Connect to other source devices. Perform a reset., to do this, double-tap on the right earbud. Then, on the third tap, press and hold the earbuds for more than five seconds (until the unit shuts off). Please make sure that both earbuds are out of the charging case before doing so. It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair again. If you need more help with your unit, please contact our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline.

It was past my return time, so I'm upset I spent $105 on a product that didn't work well. I purchased the Sport Air Buds because I'm active and wanted to use them while walking on my treadmill. However, after about 3 weeks, when I turned my head while driving to work, the left ear bud lost sound. Now I can't get any sound from the left earbud at all.
