    Worked great for about 2 weeks then started giving me issues with the noise canceling. Look at something else, not worth the money.

    I'm not impressed, they fall out my ears a lot, disconnect a lot, I also had to hard reset them twice for no reason.

    Right ear bud didnt work. I adjusted it in the case to make sure it was placed correctly but it still showed 0%

      Thanks for providing us with your feedback on our JBL Reflect Mini TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue persist, please reach out to our Customer Support for assistance. JBL
