I got sent wrong item and wanted to exchange it for the correct one. Instead they just did a refund and now I can't get them for the same price.

These crap earbuds melted and nearly caught our house on fire after 8 months of use.

So, to begin I've had these for a little over a year and a half. They were a big improvement over what I had previously. They fit very nicely and come with multiple size ear gushies. The sound quality is excellent and I can feel the base without the volume needing to be so loud. The sound app that the directions have you download gives you multiple options for your base and your trouble and your mid-tones and such as well as being able to turn on ambient to sound or to turn on noise canceling. My initial experience with these earphones was nothing but great. I think after about 6 months they would start to disconnect and reconnect on their own and turn off entirely so that I would have to put them back in the case and take them back out for them to figure themselves out and work again. Sometimes if I'm really sweaty during a workout I may have to readjust the right earbud and sometimes, and I haven't quite figured out what triggers this, it will enable the assistant mode and pause my music awaiting some kind of further instruction but I never pressed the button to do so. It's actually quite frustrating. And like I said it doesn't do it all the time if I need to readjust the earbud but sometimes it does and I'm not sure why. I also tried these with two different phones and had similar results. I'm still within my 2-year warranty time frame so I think if I wanted to return it and have it replaced I probably could but I don't know. I kind of don't care anymore lol. Best buy, you're welcome for that warranty money I gave you. Don't spend it all in one place. TLDR: it was great initially but ran into problems down the road.

It takes some finangling with the app and turning things off and on to get started, but the earbuds and case work and sound amazing when they're working. They last a long time, and the case also holds a charge and recharges, which is awesome. Differnt buds were required for my ears, and the smallest ones were perfect. Works in sweaty running conditions, didn't fall out or go down in sound quality. Connects easily to my Google phone, but haven't been able to get them to connect to my Lenovo laptop, which was the main reason I bought them, so big bummer on that end.

Bought these on sale, although they are a little bulky on the outside, the variety of in-ear tips and wings allowed perfect adjustment in my ears. Sound is excellent, with good bass. Includes in-app equalizer that allows me to tune to my sound preferences. These also have noise-cancelling with different levels, including fully disabled or allows some outside noise to come in. Quickly connects one or both buds to my Android phone. Long battery life. Would have given 5 stars except for the bulkiness and no wireless charging of the carry case, which hopefully will be improved upon in future.

I am very impressed with the fit. Sometimes they are a challenge to get them in, but they are harder to get out of your ears. Definitely not accidentally falling out. The sound while on a call is too low, even at full volume. While listening to music, their volume will randomly keep a lower volume after a notification. The app is very good. The ambiant pass through is ok, the noise cancelling is very good. I got them on sale and definitely would not pay full price for them.

I love to listen to audio books when taking my daily walk, doing yard work, cleaning my house , etc. and was tired of messing around with the cord hanging down (especially when trimming my shrubs!!!). Anyway I had been putting off purchasing wireless earbuds but finally decided to give it a try. I did some internet research and wanted a brand that would work for me (I am not a discriminating listener and didn't need ones that offered EXCEPTIONAL sound quality) and at a price point I felt comfortable with. Obviously these are the ones I decided on. I am happy with my purchase. I feel the sound quality meets my needs, they block enough outside noise when using outside, hold a good charge and charge easily. They are also comfortable when wearing - I had to change the rubber piece but usually have to do that on any earbuds. I have not had them fall out of my ears and I like the feature that even when listening to an audiobook on my phone I can still answer an incoming call. Also like the sale price because I figured if I ended my not liking them I wasn't out too much money. Again, they serve my purpose for the price point I was wiling to pay. Am happy with my earbuds and my decision to purchase them.

These were on a super sale & I figured I need more than 1 pair since my cell phone is my work phone also. I’m not a fan of companies moving away from the hook over the ear type & going forward with this that is supposed to somehow hook inside the ear. I have oddly tiny ears & I have to really work to get these to stay put. So not going on an airplane with me. Then, if I take them out just once through the day, that’s it. They won’t seat correctly again that day. I like that they make their little tone to acknowledge it’s on & the buttons to accept a call or forward your music. Their sound is almost better than AirPods & they have more functions. Plus the case is not huge. I had the Beats Pro for some years & absolutely loved them, except their huge case. Could wear those for days & not even charge them! Which these do seem to hold charge longer than AirPods. So as long as I can get them to stay in, they’re good. I do have to search them sometimes to connect, sometimes inconvenient.

Amazing sound , comfortable, and they stay in your ears! A-plus!

They sound very good, they fit OK with the larger wings (only set I have that uses larger size anything), they are good with sweat and moisture, decent battery life, supports AAC. I don't use it for phone calls (too poor call quality) or anything else but music and podcasts. Here's the issue: In order to be able to control volume at the earbuds, you have to give up the ANC! Huh? Very poor control scheme. You can go up and down with volume, control audio tracks back and forward. But no ANC or Hear Through. UNLESS you remove the volume control at the earbuds (using the JBL app). These buds DO have ANC, Hear Through, etc. But you have to give something else up to get it. To JBL: I also have a set of the JABRA Active Elite 75Ts that do it ALL very well. Within the same price point pretty much. In fact, when I bought the 75Ts they did not even have ANC, etc. This came later after a FREE upgrade via their app. One can control volume, start/stop, track forward and back audio tracks, has ANC, Hear Through, and on/off for those functions. All controlled at the ear buds Please fix this as other vendors have shown it can be easily done. BTW, the buds themselves have other bugs that seem to be related to control. This model set needs some work! They're OK if you forgive the poor control design and bugs. You would have a real winner if you would simply fix these problems. It could maybe be fixed completely through firmware fixes.

The right side has malfunctioned and is weak despite very little use

Good quality sound as expected from jbl. I was hoping they were gonna be louder then all the others I've tried but it was pretty much the same. They won't fall out and are comfortable. I'll be keeping them. They don't stay charged long even sitting in the case?

Let me preface this review by saying this isnt the worst product in the world, they didnt make me sign a contract in blood to take my first born child so maybe it doesnt deserve 1 star, but thats not why people look at reviews they look at them to see wether something is or isnt worth buying. In my opinion this is not. I bought these for 150 dollars from a best buy a couple weeks ago when getting a new phone and it definitely was not worth that amount of money below are the problems ive ran into with these earbuds 1) They have to sit in the case just right to charge if they're off by a milimeter the case wont close all the way the only way. The only way to really tell is to hear a click from the magnetic case closing thats easy to miss. You have to fiddle around with it every time you want to close it. I've even had one earbud charge but not the other for seemingly no reason. 2) The sensors on them suck. These have 3 little copper colored dots on the back that have to be touching your ear to be playing audio, i find these annoying in general, because every time i take an ear bud out and put in back in it rings annoyingly but ill give JBL the benifit of the doubt and say that im just old school. Ive ran into other less preference based problems with them. If theres any gap between your ears and the sensors the audio cuts out, ive had them cut out while in my ear multiple times. 3) The wrist strap doesnt come off and its twice the length of the case kinda an eyesore not a major qualm i even like to twirl them with the strap sometimes but it would be nice to be able to choose 4) Sometimes both earbuds dont connect immediatly and i have to put the one that isnt cooperating back in the case for a couple seconds until the light on the case stops blinking before taking it out again 5) They're uncomfortable. I dont think my ears are all that small but the smallest accessoies are the only ones that fit. Even then these things dont feel like they're designed for your ears. It starts to hurt after like less than half an hour, my advice if youre not moving around much is to take off the fins that helps a little. 6) The buttons feel weird when you press them and dont work every time ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Alright so ive already established i dont think these are worth the money, theres plenty of other wireless earbuds that are better but i dont want to just ignore the good things about these earbuds 1) Good for working out. Ive only had them fall out a couple times when i first got them now i know when theyre about to slip and readjust them before that can happen 2) Pretty good batery life might not match exactly what is advertised but who cares it will still last you all day 3) A lot of customizable settings for the audio via the app

Great sounds, more than I expected. Fits perfectly unlike the Galaxy Buds Live. They charge rather quickly and last a decent amount of time. I can get through the work day easily. My only issue is that you really have to be sure the buds are seated inside the case. There have been many times that the battery shows one bud is almost dead because it wasn't charging.

THESE SOUND PHENOMENAL!! BOOMIN BASS!! JBL IS ON POINT WITH THESE!! COMFORTABLE FOR HOURS OF USE!! NEVER FALL OUT!! BATTERY LIFE GREAT!! CASE WONT GET LOST!! PERFECT!!

I have a lot of earbuds from various brands like Soundcore, Bose, Klipsch, Earfun, Sony, etc. This is my first JBL pair and WOW! The bass hits so much harder than any others I’ve tested and the sound is very good. I am a bass head and these are my go to when I want it loud and hard. In fact, this is the only pair I can’t even turn up to max volume because they get too loud for me. All others I wish had more volume, but not these. They stay in ears great and are very secure and the app allows plenty of customization. I would definitely recommend the JBL reflect mini nc every time. Great job JBL.

I recently had the misfortune of losing my beloved JBL - UA Project Rock earbuds while on vacation.
