I love it the sound is amazing and good feet for me

It's the same complain I have about any of these type of earbuds. They FALL OUT. I sit down to eat and watch a video or simply listen to music. The EQ has been tuned in, foam tips fit great, NC is doing its thing, everything is great! Take a bite of my food and right away I can feel both earbuds start to come out. I put them back in. I chew again, they pop right out. Rinse and repeat. All the goods you hear about it, are probably right and even better than you think. But the earbuds falling out, is something I've had with Sony's WF-1000XM5, Bose Quiet comfort and Galaxy buds. Not sure what to do anymore. Other than getting headsets that is. Which I can't do that in an office space or while driving.

Good quality like the sound and bass recommended to buy

They sound really hood, the spatial sound and head tracking bring a really good sound stage. The noise canceling is really good and the ear tips are thr most comfortable ive used. The screen on the case works better than the app does, but if you dont use the app its probably just a gimmick to you.

These earbuds sound amazing. The ANC is probably right under the bose and sony earbuds. The call quality is excellent I've been told. The best and most important feature for me is the LCD screen and features on the case. I use these earbuds for work and play. The case allows me to personally switch between devices. I can choose my saved Bluetooth connections. Other earbuds manually try to switch between two devices and dont allows get it right. These are buds allow me to switch between several devices and get it right. Love them.

I currently have the holy trinity of Bluetooth IEM: apple airpod pro 2, Google pixel buds 2, and Sony's xm5. I would place these 2nd in sound, beating the pixel buds 2 and airpods pro 2. They support all the formats regardless of what phone you use. The case is not a gimmick. It gives instant access to the battery state of both buds and the case to the percentage. Better than a little light that changes color or 4 little lights. An update has given me the ability to see notifications on the case screen. This is awesome since I can't pull out my phone while at work. It adjusts volume, skips tracks, and turns noise canceling on or off. The jbl app is robust and the equalizer adjusts the sound very well. Each update has improved the sound. I would love to see the next generation have music app support, like built in Spotify that you can store music onto the case's internal storage.

Thought the color was beige but when I go them they were pink -_- that’s was my only downside but I gave it 5 stars cause that has nothing to do with the quality these right out the box. When you look at them, feel premium and look like they had a lot of thought behind them. The case is beautiful. The song quality is great Still, Think My Boss, Quiet, Comfort Ultra. 2 is better sound wise but I put these on when I want it in extra base mode!

I think these headphones are one of my best purchases because they are very durable, their sound quality is spectacular, and especially their noise cancellation when you're using them is what I've liked the most, because you can wear them and not hear absolutely any outside noise. I recommend them 100%.

Great bass and great fit in my ears. Won't use all the features but the was worth the cost.

I had a good time testing these out and comparing them against the new sony flagships. I liked the texture of the bass better on these. I would say they were more comfortable and sounded about the same if not slightly better than the Sony's, but i couldn't get them to sync with videos on my pixel. No matter the settings. So back they went. Also that case has neat features but its pretty bulky to walk around with it in my pocket during my work day

The sound is great on the ear bud. I have issues with the settings. There is a default setting that they refer back to every time the ear buds are put back in to the charger case. There needs to be a setting to save personal preferences so the working aspect is there every time. The ear bud are sensitive to the touch. My hair brushing against the buds and changes the settings too. Good quality just need better customer controls.

Nice bass and has great battery life even out in the cold.

My concern with earbuds in general has been that they always fall out of my ears, regardless of the size and material. I've never purchased wireless earbuds before now because of this, but my wired ones were busted, and figured I'd give these a go. Great sound, great fit. The JBL app helps a lot and being able to detect the quality of the fit is clutch.

OMG! I LOVE THEM! BEST... EARBUDS... EVER!!!!! It was love at first sight with these things once I saw the touch screen. I mean who'd have thunk it? JBL did, that's who! They're complete geniuses and they've earned themselves a newly well satisfied and extremely happy customer! These earbuds come with SOOOOO many unexpected features, but I don't want to spoil the surprise for new customers. JBL owes me nothing with these earbuds!

I bought the JBL’s over Apple Airpods, because the are black. I liked my over the ear JBL’s, so I gave the buds a shot. Noise cancelling is great, and I love being able to have just one in ear. Charging case is great.
