    I've always used Sony earbuds for their bass quality but switched due to ongoing connection problems. I chose the JBL 245 NC for its sound quality and deep bass, which others praised. I took the earbuds to the gym but was disappointed; the noise cancellation seemed ineffective, and the volume was too low, so I decided to return them to Best Buy. Upon opening the package, I noticed different ear tips and decided to try the larger ones, and suddenly everything changed. The sound was amazing, and noise cancellation surpassed that of my Sony earbuds. I fell in love with the JBL bass and couldn't believe that changing the ear tips could make such a difference. I am so glad I kept those earbuds. I highly recommend these earbuds—they have incredible sound and a case that stays charged for a long time. They are the best earbuds I've owned so far.

    The sound quality is great and it stays connected almost too well. The EarPods don’t disconnect when I put them back in the case and it’s a struggle to get the to charge when I do put them back… they’ll randomly reconnect to my phone and it’s a pain to get them to turn off.
