Yeah for some reason, people always say I sound muffled on ear buds. But other than that, they have a decent sound with music. I would've liked more bass but at this price point it is what it is. Other than people saying my voice sometimes sounds muffled, they say the noise cancelation works fine. They don't hear background noise and I don't on their end either.

So far so good! Good ANC, enough to overpower the noise of a power washer. They stay in my ear well, don’t have to worry about them falling out when I’m working outside or in the field. The ambient aware mode is convenient when I’m in the office and trying to focus, but need to be able to hear my coworkers talking to me. I think I’ve only needed to charge them once in the 2 weeks I got them as well.

I purchased these JBL noise cancelling earbuds to replace a pair that I was given as Christmas gift. The other brand didn't have the extent of cancelling the background noise this set does and the clarity is also superb. I guess JBL really is a top choice.

Sound is good. The JBL app is interesting, though it doesn't really seem to add much value. The buds themselves look nice and seem fairly well built, though they feel a bit bulky and can become uncomfortable after about 20-30 minutes of wear.
