I was quite disappointed, I thought that the original price would render a better performance, but nope not for me.

Still tge same issue. Tried reset. Nope. Connacted best buy under extended warranty. Tech appointment scheduled. Others have complained about same issue. Maybe bad “batch”?

I found out that my laptop can only use one blu tooth head phone at a time so I had to return the head phones for a different kind.

Great product, too small

Noise cancelation is just about 75%
