I owned a pair of 510BT for about 3 years and loved them, so I wanted to upgrade to these after my previous pair broke. Huge mistake. They make the most god-awful crackling sounds when music is playing and anything loud is happening in the background. It makes listening to music of any genre incredibly unpleasant.

These might have the worst range of any headphones/earbuds I've ever used. My phone will be in my pocket and this thing will struggle to keep connected to them.

the rubber start peeling on the earphone after only few months

Brought this for my non and it stopped charging less than a year
Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL JBL Tune 660NC, please try using a different USB cable and USB charger (preferably one with a minimum 2 amp rating), as well as unplugging and re-plugging the cable from your device. The product's charging port may also become clogged with sand or grit. Examine the port. If necessary, use compressed air to clean. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

I couldn't get the thing hooked up with the app, so it is in my closet collecting dust.

The headphones give clear sound, fits secure when I'm working out, the charge last long, easy bluetooth connectivity and I can take phone calls as well. This is a great product. I will buy a set for my daughter.
