This is an inexpensive but serviceable headset. The controls are ok. The blue tooth works as advertised. Overall good product - so far. There's room to improve (sound is a bit thin).

Quality sound, comfortable to wear. However, it was difficult to switch between different sound sources (e.g. switch from youtube to voice calls), and I am not a big fan of the microphone sound quality

Exactly sound canceling headphones. High quality. They fit nicely around the ears and securely. Top is cushy so does not bother u after a while of wearing them.

Work well, quality construction. A little more bass would be nice. Runs a long time on a charge. Good for calls. Comfortable for several hours. Cord could be a little longer.

Loved these when we bought them a few years ago. Purchased again to replace and it is completely different now. Smaller over ear piece and don't pause when you take them off. Don't understand why you changed a good product.

These JBL 660NC are amazing. The ANC is fantastic. The sound is great no where near the crazy prices of today. The app is good as well. The battery is good.

I love these headphones I use it to work and to the gym amazing sounds very loud, the noise canceling works perfect very happy I bought these battery life I can go two weeks without charging it

they are great. good sound fit good. they only issue I had was I wear glasses and the pressure against my glasses got sore, quick charge and long lasting battery. .

DONT BUY THESE!!! Had these for three months, and already it's broke. I have treated this with absolute care because these are the most expensive headphones i have had. I should have returned this weeks ago, but i figured i could handle some of the quirks. Around two weeks ago the when turning on the noise cancelation, it would make a really loud static sound. Also, when i bought it, I wasn't really looking for noise cancelation anyway, but if you are, then this is not it. The noise cancelation is bad. To top it all of currently my heads have a 90% battery, but it keeps turning on and off by itself and won't connect to Bluetooth. Now I'm pretty mad because now i don't have any headphones to use when i study. I stilupidly didn’t buy a warranty so i can't return them anymore. If you do plan to buy them anyway, please buy at least a year warranty
