I love the noise canceling, it helps when I am home and it cuts out the sound of some of the appliance sounds. It also helped when I traveled on an airplane recently.

I can still hear out of it somewhat but it’s not as crisp and the volume is a lot lower, perhaps I got a bad set because the overall quality is good especially for the price.

My biggest issue's, their not loud enough and they won't stay in my ears. Just having a conversation, the jaw moving for a minute in conversation work the earbud out enough to where they just will fall out of your ear. Though I'll be losing the discretion (not having something wrapped around my head or hanging around my neck) and freedom of movement (from working in cramped spaces), I'm presently considering a pair of JBL Headphones, I'm hoping for better sound at the very least, .

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Let's troubleshoot the issue with your JBL Tune Buds. We're always looking for ways to improve our products. We'll make sure to pass this along to our development team. For optimal noise reduction, achieve a best seal and a secure fit by creating a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit. To have better sound quality, you may check the music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking.
Amazing Bass

Despite trying all three ear bud sizes they fall out when eating, much less walking, and constantly have to be adjusted. Sound quality is OK but volume is too low. Noise cancelling mode works well.

Posted .Thanks for your inquiry. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with our JBL Tune Buds TWS, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Please try to connect your JBL Tune Buds TWS to a different device to check if the issue is with the earbuds or the source device. If the volume is still low, please try to do a factory reset by removing both earbuds from the charging case, tap both earbuds twice, then, tap-hold for 5 seconds. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
