Great brand, not good product

Unfortunately, this pair has not lived to expectation of staying put in your ears, even after trying the different sets of earbuds. Additionally, today marks 30-days since my purchase and one of the speakers has started to malfunction.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune Buds. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case using a cotton cloth, a makeup or cotton swab, and rubbing alcohol. If the issue remains, please contact JBL Customer Support so we can assist you.

This earbud comes with three different sizes of ear tips that you can try. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. The sound is very high pitched. It falls constantly from the ear. If barely touch the piece to adjust in your ear and cancel the “noise cancel” (what is bad) or stop what are you hearing. I don’t know how there are people that give this more than 1 star. Perhaps you don’t know a quality equipment. I do not recommend to anyone this thing.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune Buds. Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset by removing both earbuds from the charging case, tapping both earbuds twice, then, tap-hold for 5 seconds. Horrible fit

I really tried to give these the benefit of the doubt, but the sound quality is incredibly average and they fit horribly. Everytime i workout with these in, they fall out or feel like they are about to fall out. Very distracting earbud. Whoever designed this wasnt a very intuitive person and i pray to god they never design an earbud again.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Buds, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. And they are very sensitive to the touch so sometimes my audio would keep playing even though they were not in my ears. I am glad I got them on sale because I don’t believe they are worth full price.

Had issues trying tk conndct to other devices it takes a few tries but will connect had issues connecting to my macbook. Not ao good for canceling background noise when using the headphones for phone calls.
