Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. Our JBL Tune Buds comes with 3 sizes of sealing ear tips. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Posted .We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Our JBL Tune Buds come in different ear tip sizes that you can try to see which best fits your ear comfortably. As for the interference, make sure there is a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could cause interference. Avoid concrete/brick walls that interrupt the signal. Open spaces like parks can also cause issues with Bluetooth signals. Last is the reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
