    These earbuds under perform, not loud at all. Do not recommend these earbuds at all of your active. They work if your stationary and not moving at all, other wise they work themselves from your ear channels and fall out!

    Worst earbuds I've ever owned. These thing suck! They don't stay in your ears while running, if I yawn they fall out, they barely connect half the time, you have to carry the charger to reboot them 18 times to get sound back. F these save your money!!!!

To give you the best seal and secure fit, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     Bought a pair after my earbuds were broken, lasted me a few months then started audio problems, i didnt mind it till the audio went low then it just turned into trash. Kinda regret not buying the 2 year warranty.

    loved them while they worked. first one side died wouldn't charge anymore then the other side same less than a year old, believe it is the buds them self because the second side still charged for a couple months after first one died. now junk neither will charge. on the up side were great sound while they worked.

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for assistance. JBL

    Not worth the money. ANC is a joke. I have an older pair of Jlabs Air buds without ANC that let in less outside noise than these. Sound was ok with the equalizer on the app. I bought these to use at work. Every somewhat loud noise caused an “s” noise in the right earbud. Taking these back to the store. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll buy any earbuds with “active noise cancellation.”
