Absolutely love em. I wish they had a bit higher volume, bass is good, speakers are great. Fast connection to my phone. Use them working out with zero issues.

These are good earbuds they work great. However, there is a problem and that is ANC isn't working correct as I still hear sounds. I've tried to increase the volume of the mobile device as well as desktop but still it didn't cancel outside noise. Really wish that ANC worked a whole lot better by cutting out the sound when you click on the ANC active. Other then that these earbuds are good and work just like it should.

I bought them for work somi can drive my uber and be able to talk to people etc i believe is Great product and great quality!

I purchased those JBL earbuds to replace my Bose earbuds for a use at the gym and outdoor as the Bose drop from time to time from my ears when I am moving. But I am a little disappointed by those earbuds: 1. The cancelling feature is not as good as the one with the Bose earbuds, and does not suppress all the surrounding noise. 2. The sound is just okay but not as good as with the Bose earbuds. Overall, those JBL earbuds are okay considering their price. I did not want to break the bank !

The different earpieces, one to block outside sound and another to let some in, are phenomenal to use when dealing with kids. These headphones have a learning curve with all the functions and in-ear fit coulf be better. Overall, a quality product.

love them i don’t like the little ear buds that goes in your ear but these provide both if you want them or not
