Very strange shape, painful if using for a long time. Less noise cancellation modes than cheaper models of the same brand. Huge jumps in sound level when playing music, not convenient.

I love these ear buds. I’ve had a few different brands but JBL is my favorite brand.

The sound is good but they dont fit and stay in my ears any kinda movement they would fall out and i tryed all different ear rubbers and same result

As usual, the Best Buy Associates were awesome. Very helpful. The Bose ear buds are great.

First set broke returned them and the new pair works great

Maybe worth on sale but not full price. Sound was ok. Comfort was not good and they fell out of my ear all the time.

Bought these specifically for work calls. Unfortunately, I’ve had several callers tell me I sound far away or they can’t hear me. I went back to Best Buy and was told there was nothing they could do.

These have been the best earbuds so far. I LOVE THEM!!!

Not so great, the noise canceling is not so great when it comes to working out.

I have had several brands of earphones and I am not a fan of these. My old UnderArmour JBL earphones sounds better than these do. The sound quality is not good and sounds dull even after using the app to try and improving the sound. They are also extremely small, lost them at one point but was able to find them. I returned them and used an older pair of Apple AirPods for work.

Bought this couple month ago and the mic is crap. I been told I sound like im under water when calling. Consistently falls out.

Very uncomfortable, they allow to much background noise when on a phone call

They were good on sound, but they failed at being good from a microphone during calls. So many people kept saying I sounded distant or was muffled. I had to return do to this issue.

Bought 2 sets both stopped charging. I guess you have to only use that short charger

Very low quality sound...the less expensive earbuds sound better
