However, there is a problem and that is ANC isn't working correct as I still hear sounds. I've tried to increase the volume of the mobile device as well as desktop but still it didn't cancel outside noise. Really wish that ANC worked a whole lot better by cutting out the sound when you click on the ANC active. Other then that these earbuds are good and work just like it should.

Just Okay.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased those JBL earbuds to replace my Bose earbuds for a use at the gym and outdoor as the Bose drop from time to time from my ears when I am moving. But I am a little disappointed by those earbuds: 1. The cancelling feature is not as good as the one with the Bose earbuds, and does not suppress all the surrounding noise. 2. The sound is just okay but not as good as with the Bose earbuds. Overall, those JBL earbuds are okay considering their price. I did not want to break the bank !

These headphones have a learning curve with all the functions and in-ear fit coulf be better. Overall, a quality product.
