Bought these but returned them wouldn't stay in my ears but wished they would have worked out had a great sound I loved them

Excellent noise cancelling earbuds. Easy to connect.

The sound is remarkable and the blue color makes it unique and not easily mixed up with other inferior earbuds.

The sound is 100xs better than I was expecting. I’m very happy with these. And the app allows you to find a missing ear bud if you lose one as well as can have google fine both while in the case so misplacing them isn’t as stressful

I recommended this product to everybody who is looking for a good earbud in a decent price.

For the price, JBL has some of the best sounding ear buds around. Very pleased with them.

Great earbuds! The app is a big help with setting them up to your likings and a big plus with the ability to make a loud sound to locate a lost earbud. I needed it the first week i got them, lol.

Cons: 1. Noise cancelling isn't really noise cancelling. 2. This is a minor one, but if you're using some legacy devices (2016 or earlier), when watching videos and opening other applications at the same time, bluetooth stops working, and have to restart bluetooth pairing process. Pros: Battery life is good, getting 4-5 hrs on a full charge.

These earbuds work very well for the purchase price I paid.

Low volume bad quality didn't like it uncomfortable

The sound and performance of these JBL earbuds are just incredible. I highly recommend these for anyone who is just on the go or needs some good buds to work out with.

Great for phone calls. Sound is crisp and I love the nose cancelling.

I got this pair of bud. Pairing is easy and it hooked up to my phone with no problem, but you should install JBL Headphones app to "fine tune". I used the largest ear plugs and wear it loose (too tight in makes ANC ineffective). Moreover, I disabled touch function on both sides to avoid mis operation. Bass is a bit more especially on "open" mode even I disabled EQ. ANC is OK for the train and bus and it blocks out some.

Very good quality build and sound. The NCF is not bad for the design of the ear bud, however its not the same as the in ear NCF. Overall it is worth what you spend.

Quality product for the price. Not much difference in this and air buds. Same quality sound.

I purchased these when they were $100, which was only a few days before they got marked down (just my luck). I lost my 1st gen airpod pros and was looking for a solid pair without breaking the bank. Gave these a spin and at first I thought they were fine, but then noticed all the little things like getting them out the case and trying to adjust them in ear without accidentally pressing pause. Tried them at the gym and music doesnt get loud enough to get you through a work out. The final straw for me was when i was using them for my commute to work in the city - the noice cancelling is TRASH. Ended up getting the lastest gen airpod pros and difference is night and day. So much better. If you need headphones for light use, these will do. Anything else - i wouldnt bother.

The noise cancellation isn't 100% effective, but it's still very convenient and easy to use. The microphone works great, and the speaker quality is good too. Overall, a solid purchase comparing to it's price

Not as good as qcy ht05 or qcy ht07 which both retail for much cheaper. Returning these because of that. Good sound tho.

I have the JBL app and have tried many configurations to add a volume control via tap. Still can’t get it to work. Don’t even see it as an option. All other features including the ANC work wonderfully.
