Great in ear headphones for the price.

Noise canceling could be improved it depends on the ear tips you wear. These in ear headphones have sealing tips or regular. These have a unique feature with noise cancelation, ambient aware, and talk through.

They don’t charge in the case.

They often do not charge when placed in the case, but the noise cancelling feature works well. The battery life is also disappointingly short. Overall, I would not recommend them.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Flex, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the charging issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
