Additionally, if you receive or make a call while connected, it disconnects immediately after answering. It’s also not very comfortable to wear. Mine stopped working after three months and no longer holds a charge.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Also, when answering the call, change the audio route setting in Settings. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

I find that I can hear the wind in the earphone while I’m listening to music. I don’t like that. There may be an app for settings, but when you adjust the earpiece it stops the music and is not really intuitive (it doesn’t start back on its own or with another tap). There is a setting that you can tap to hear “ambient noise” and also “noise cancelling” so it’s nice that they are both an option, but I haven’t noticed a big difference.

Really frustrating that the right one never connects properly and a couple times neither of them charged in the case. Definitely cannot recommend.

Defeats the purpose of noise cancellation and using them in general. I bought a cheaper pair of JBLs a year or 2 ago and they were great so I decided to upgrade but apparently that was the wrong decision. Can’t believe I’m already having issues with them especially since they aren’t used on a daily basis. Very disappointed and a waste of my hard earned money. Too late I’m sure for a return.
