    I can't even get the rubber ear stays on the buds, so I can't tell if they are good or not. It is difficult for me and I am not old.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     Ive had a few cheap pairs of Amazon buds that were highly rated and they were MUCH better quality than these JBL buds unfortunately. I was immediately unimpressed and disappointed when i put these in my ears. They are a little chunky so they dont sit right. Also, the audio quality is very quiet even turning them all the way up and the bass is extremely lacking. Returned them after a few days.
