Replacement lasted one week before the same issue. Manufacturing defect that causes the pins at the bottom to recede into the case and loose contact with the earbud rendering it useless.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Also, our JBL Tune Flex has a 1-year warranty period upon purchase, please feel free to contact our customer support so we can assist you further with your concern.

I used a temp virtual card, so no refund is coming...In summary I am making payments on this without the product...spent hours on the phone trying to explain it, repeatedly. and I do not even have a defective product to show for it. Do not recommend shopping with this company.
