    left earbud broke, no I only use right. TRASH. I Dec 12 and it broke January 30th. so I paid $66.00 so it cost me $33.00 a month for the use . DONOT recommend.

    Microphone stopped working in less than 6 months of very light use. Only used for conference call using my work phone. Not worth the money that I spent.

    Created an oily residue in my ears. Cheap silicone in the tips or some other material, buy airpods and spend the extra $$

This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol.     This product started failing less than a week of use, my skull candy were way cheaper and better. Would not recommend to anyone.

    Terrible worked great the first 3-4weeks then they stop been as loud the you can been hear the bass they bad DO NOT BUY

      Thanks for your feedback. This instance is sometimes caused by the quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to. You may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. If you still find the bass insufficient, you can control the Equalizer through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the bass levels. Should you wish to increase the bass level of your JBL Tune Flex, you can use the App for this purpose. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the bass, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement. To take advantage of the Active Noise Cancelling feature, ensure proper fit since it relies heavily on a good seal in the ear to effectively block out ambient noise (ear tip settings included in the JBL Headphones App). You can also try using the earbuds on a different device to determine if the issue is with the earbuds or with the source device. If the issue remains, try turning off or on the EQ on your device's settings and enhance the bass slightly. Then, pair your earbuds with other devices to identify any source device issues. Lastly, reset the earbuds by double-tapping them and holding the button for over five seconds while they are powered on and not charging.       Thanks for your feedback. If your JBL Tune Flex earbuds has no sound issue, you can try manually pairing the buds by putting the buds from their charging case and removing them again. You can also do a reset with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.       We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with our JBL Tune Flex. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips or replace the open eartips with the sealing eartips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. JBL
