The sound ok but if you're looking for in concert sounding music, these are not for you.

After picking up the item at the store I went home and opened the box and it was empty except for the instructions. I therefore went back to the store and explained that the box was enpty. The associate said he thought i was lying and refused to give me a refund or exchange. He said to call the 1-800 custoer service line for assistance. When i called them they also told me that they couldnt do anything for me. I was able to get a refund o ly through my credit card. I will NEVER sbop at Best Buy ever sgain.

I have to keep putting them back on. It’s a pain in that you know what gonna be returning them getting something better.

This time the porch pirate got me. Thank you for having no way to let you know which door my address is and just dropping it off any oldplace you feel like.

When I purchased the headphones the sales girl said that I can use the on the airplane. I was going to return them but I ripped the box and had to go up north for an emergency.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tune 520BT can connect to any Bluetooth-enabled device. However, it does not support a wired connection. Bluetooth connection may still depend on the airline's policy.

Try adjusting the volume on your device from 75% to 100% and check your EQ settings and on the JBL Headphones App, check if the Max Volume Limiter is on, as this feature prevents raising the volume too high for your safety. Very suitable for calls and its sound is very clear.. and comfortable for listening to videos.. It does not contain noise cancellation, but it is wonderful and for me it is better than the ones with noise cancellation
