Not a good sound at all. I could barely hear the music on the highest volume.

Try adjusting the volume on your device from 75% to 100% and check your EQ settings and on the JBL Headphones App, check if the Max Volume Limiter is on, as this feature prevents raising the volume too high for your safety. Very, very, very comfortable in the ear.. Very suitable for calls and its sound is very clear.. and comfortable for listening to videos.. It does not contain noise cancellation, but it is wonderful and for me it is better than the ones with noise cancellation

These are really good for the price point! The ear muffs are a little small but fine for a couple hours. The battery lasts forever and the sound quality is solid! I can't complain for the price honestly. Would recommend if you need something small for work or for leisure!

Overall good quality sound, no isolation but but it still rocks, also gives you control on the Eq for the headphones which pretty dope and still eq the music on your phone, 8/10

Sound quality is good. The only improvement I would suggest is that those buttons should be made of rubber instead of hard plastic. They could be raised a bit higher to make them easier to find. Other than that, I am very happy with these headphones.

These headphones are meh. They get the job done with better sound quality than most and are pretty small, light, and foldable. Only problems are that the plastic is pretty cheap and can break easily and that theres no carrying case even though the headphones can fold for cases.
Thanks for the feedback. Please try performing a reset by pressing and holding Volume + and Volume – for more than 5 seconds while the headphones are turned on. They should power off and reboot to factory settings. You may also need to forget the headphones in your device’s Bluetooth settings and pair them again.
