I have had these now for about 2 months and have been using them while in the gym. These are nice and they stay in my ear while doing physical training. I also like the heart rate monitor function they have and it seems to be fairly accurate as well. The battery life is decent, lasting about 5 hours on average.

When both the earphones and app is working together, fitness is a blast. I received a free year membership to premium stuff and the earphones sound great. The options you have on the earphones for customization is great also. Finding the correct size to fit your ears are hard but great overall.

I bought these before I read the reviews from other sights. The sound was flat. It let ambient air when made the sound not loud. The fit was ok only. I will say they did stay in while I ran but not enough sound quality to keep. Will be returning and picking up the Jaybords X3 which I hear is incredible.

I got these because of the heart rate tracker and so they would connect to all my other UA apps. Only down fall is, tracker is in left ear, and when biking, I like to keep my left ear open to hear traffic. Battery life is good for about two work outs, then have to charge.

The heart rate monitor is a great gimmick, but it makes the ear pieces not just uncomfortable, but rather unusable for me, at least. Additionally, the weight of the volume control actually catches at your neck and constantly pulls on the right ear. If you are looking for a heart rate monitor, I recommend you get a heart rate monitor and if you want headphones, just find headphones as these are exceptionally poor sound quality and, as I said, rather uncomfortable to my ear.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It is important that you are using the proper size and the headphones securely fit in the ear. size 7 is featured on the model; two smaller sizes (5 & 6) and one larger (8) is included in the packaging. If you experience discomfort wearing the size 7, try the next size down. If you try a smaller size and the headphones fall out easily or the enhancer does not extend fully to the back of the bowl of the ear, you should try a bigger size. If you’re still having issues after trying all the sizes, please contact us at [email protected] and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you. JBL

Nice set of headphones but not worth money if you own an apple watch or fitbit which provides the same heartbeat reading. I would have gone with cheaper version without the heart monitor if I had it to do over.
