Right side has no sound after 3 months the buttons work but no sound just out of nowhere

The JBL headphones audio quality is really good. Another good product from JBL. The battery last for long time. I like how convenient the buttons are. For my head, they push a little bit more than regular headphones but you can get used to it. Noise cancellation is not the best but working just well enough. I like that the parts touching the ears are washable. That's really nice. The only thing I don't like too much about it is the charging port. I was expecting a type C (new connector). I like that you can use a regular 3.5mm instead of bluetooth if you want to. I'd recommend getting it if you love listening to music.

Not good , trouble connecting and staying connected

Don’t buy this item without trying on! Not enough room for ears.

I bought my headphones back in October, now they won’t grab a charge. They were recommended by to me by customer service at Best Buy because, I said I want something for working out and everyone had beats. I’m so mad I paid this amount of money and they don’t work anymore.

Wearing them fir any period of time makes your ears hurt and go numb

These are great headphones for working out. The breathable ear cups are really innovative, and the long battery life is excellent. I was able to get near 16 hours out of a charge. Charge time is also quick. The case is sturdy, and should hold up in your gym bag. The best part of these is the sound quality. They sound great. I’d also consider these for non-gym use, they sound that good.

Blu tooth connection always weak. Constant pauses in sound. This head set is also not for small heads.

During my workouts I’ve always turned to wireless earbuds but wanted something that could really stay in place during a more strenuous workout. These fit the bill. Great sound, noise canceling so I can focus on my music and workout, and great battery life. Definitely worth trying them out.

Within 5 minutes of multiple workouts, had to remove because they just hurt, so I returned.

Head phones stopped working on me after 1 month of using them. Can’t leave on charger after 2 hours.

One side stopped working after 45 days and Best Buy wouldn’t even exchange for a new set.

Amazing sound. Great clarity and no problem drowning out noises around you

These headphones are great battery life is excellent, sound is exceptional. The only thing I have found is the noise canceling isn’t the greatest but it is good enough when at the gym . I would highly recommend these great product.

I bought these for my wife after traing several different sets. By far the best fitting and sound during workouts. I also got myself a pair. Sets don't fall during HIIT training.

They worked really good just with sweat the ear covers start smelling and falling apart so I stopped using it

Overall, very happy with them and will be keeping them. However, although the sound is good, I was disappointed with the bass. Not what I expected or hoped for in $200 headphones. My $20 skull candy had more bass than these. Secondly, they stay in place most, but not all, of the time. I use them for weights, running, and plyometrics. So mainly the jumping around such as burpees and V pushups will make them slip, but not fall off. And lastly, they have on occasion made the top of my ears sore. Hope this helps your consideration.

its somewhat complicated to connect to a phone, they have really good battery life and good sound quality, the charging port is almost impossible to open, something with the headphones. one of the most important things to me about headphones is comparability. and these are absolutely uncomfortable they are so tight, they hurt your ears

This is my very wst. Set of real good bluetooth headphones. And Wow!! I have always just went for anything under $10. And i am glad that i spend the money on these. I brought these after looking at almost every brand at best buy. I love my music. I love the way that feel on my head and i love walking escp. Since i have cancer. Now i can keep listening to my music n walking but. No more wires.

I'm a big fan of Under Armour gym gear and love my JBL Charge 2. Having both of them as headphones..... IS EVEN BETTER! I use these for working out at the gym and haven't tried them during 5Ks yet. These are way better than the cheap-o's I got from Amazon. Worth paying more for these awesome headphones! Amazing and so worth it!
