I thought I would take a look at Best Buy to see what they had since I needed a new pair for Monday morning at the gym. I was pleasently surprised to see some JBL/Under Armour headphones on display that seemed to be the only ones catering to fitness enthusieats. I decided to spend over $200 out the door on these headphones. I was syked. Imagine my dissapointment when I took them out the box and they wouldn’t even turn on. Thinking I had to be doing something wrong, I quickly pulled up a Youtube video and stared in amazment as the guy easily clicked them on and the LED came right on. I’m lucky I didn’t throw these against the wall. I’ll take them back in tomorrow but if they won’t take my return I swear on my mama I’ll never buy something from Best Buy or UA again. I couldn’t even eat dinner I was so dissapointed. I can’t workout without music. $200 for a pair of headphones that didn’t even get past step 1 :(

The charging port is loose and I have resorted to using my AirPods again for working out. Terribly disappointed.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been messing with these things since I bought them around 2 pm this afternoon (it's now almost midnight), and I can't get these things to sound decent at all. They are flat sounding, no low end, and just awful. Sounds like an old 8-track tape or AM radio. I'm serious, it's that bad. I tried connecting them to my laptop via the 3.5mm cable and bluetooth. No good sound at all. I tried my phone via bluetooth and cable. Nope. I tried different sources from downloaded mp3's, Google Play, YouTube videos, and 4k UHD vids from Vudu and I can't get any good sound from these at all. So disappointed and I really wanted to like these since I've been looking at them for a few months now. Well, they are going back tomorrow.
