Easy to use Connected to my IPhone 6 with no problems. Battery is good. several size choices for fitting. I have been able to ride and workout without having to worry about them falling out. Sound is above standard wired IPhone quality.

I have had these for a few days now, and the sound is top notch for in-ear headphones. Blue tooth was easy to operate, and they come with a carrying pouch that can fit the charging cable and whichever set of ear covers you want to outfit these with (it comes with several different sizes of covers to fit these comfortably into your ear). The one drawback stems from what it takes to hear the quality of the sound these phones produce. The covers for the ear buds are made of a rubber texture that does not do much in the way of comfort, and I actually found my ears hurting a bit as I tried the different sizes of covers to position these in my ear in a way that was comfortable and still allowed the full sound of these to come through. Overall, If you are just planning to use these while working out (which is my plan, so that I can avoid any damage to my comfy, plush, over-ear headphones that I wear for pleasure) or for very short stints, these will work just fine and get the job done without sacrificing much in the way of sound quality. If you are looking for something for extended upcoming travel, or for activities that may require a longer duration, you may want to look elsewhere or at least try to identify more comfortable ear covers before you get these. I'd recommend these based on sound quality (JBL certainly knows sound!) but with caution for those looking for comfort. The ear covers may be durable, but certainly not as comfortable as the typical ear buds with foam covers, and quite a bit more taxing to find the "right" position to maximize the sound properly in both ears. Would rate a 3.8 if I could, but am rounding up to a 4 (not likely you will find earbuds with better sound).

Wireless earbuds - I don't believe there is a single product on the market that receives universal acclaim. The buds don't fit or drop out, the sound or bass is not good enough, the battery doesn't last, etc. I would say this is a better than average product in the current marketplace. I found the sound quality and connection to be excellent overall. I've seen reviews that mention the bass is lacking, but i believe much of that is predicated on the type of music you enjoy. If you're used to 100 watt subwoofers in your home or car, well yeah, it's not enough bass! But i found the sound to have be pleasing and have an overall correct balance. I thought the build quality was overall excellent, while not bulky, the wiring gave a solid impression as compared to those thin wires that constantly deteriorate on Apple products. Seems like they'll hold up over time. I won't waste much time talking about ear fit - this is the biggest bone of contention when talking about buds and where you get the most disagreement. While I'm not an avid jogger, I found the twist lock feature to work better than most - I didn't have a problem with it. But - here's why I didn't go to 5 stars with it - I'm spoiled! Having a set of the Bose sound cancelling buds, there's simply no comparison. Yes, they're $100 more, but once you're going over $100 for a set of earbuds, you're probably looking for top quality. I would say if you catch these on a sale, it's a solid choice.

I have been using over the head wireless headphones in the gym for about two years and decided it was time for a change to something not as bulky that can also give me great sound so I decided on these. So far they have been great and fit comfortably in my ear right out of the box so I'll take that as I have average size ears. The headphones come with several different options depending on your ear size but I can't speak on behalf of those as the ones they already had on them worked perfect. On the other hand, they would not fit in my wife's ears so she needed the smaller ear bud attachments. I was surprised on how unnoticeable and lightweight the wire with the power and volume buttons would be after using over the head ones for so long. You have the option of hanging the wire in the front or back of your neck and it has a clip on them for your shirt. The sound is great with highs and lows and you can crank it up drowning out whatever is around you. Running and working out with them works great and they remained in place since they were fitted correctly. I would recommend these to anyone in the market for work out headphones however the price seemed to be a little steep especially in a market where the wire itself is starting to be obsolete, hence the four star rating instead of five.

I have a lot of wireless earbuds and they all sacrificed sound, comfort and battery life! The most comfortable generally lasted the least amount of time. There are 3 different size earbuds included with these and 5 different sizes of enhancers which secure the earbud in your ear. The battery life is consistently 6 - 8 hours as advertised. They're easy to pair and the controls work well one handed. There's a retainer clip included to attach them to your clothing so you don't lose them! This would only happen if you removed them and left them hanging around your next and they fell off. They are designed to be worn either in front with the cord under your chin or in back with the cord resting on your next. I cycle, walk and hike and so far they've never fallen out of my ears! It took a few tries to get the right combination of ear buds sizes and enhancers, but once that was done there were no issues with sound quality or fit. There's an 800 # available for assistance with fitting or pairing, and to my surprise they included a 1 year premium membership code for MayMyFitness.com. Overall they are a quality product that performs as expected.

I've been using these earphones with a Samsung Galaxy S7, if that makes any difference. Compared to the stock Samsung earphones, these are not only much more comfortable, they also sit much better in your ear. Sound wise, they are of course much better. JBL is a great company that makes high quality products. To be more specific, the sound is heavy on bass, but it's the good kind of bass boost, not a cheap EQ boost. How's the fit? It comes with many different sizes for the thing that goes in your ear canal, and the thing that goes in your ear lobe, so it should fit you, whether you're a man, woman, boy or girl. The only negative comment I have about these earphones is that they don't produce enough volume. I'm in my 20s in case you're wondering, and my hearing is fine. When it's maxed out on the phone, it's just starting to get loud enough. Maybe that's good, if you're using these when running outside, in case of unexpected traffic, emergency vehicles etc. Bluetooth connectivity seems to be fine. Easy to setup, haven't noticed any disruptions. All in all, I highly recommend these earphones.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. UA SPORTS WIRELESS comes with 5 sizes of ergonomic eartips (sizes 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8) and 3 pairs of ear tips (S, M, and L). It is important that you are using the proper size and the headphones securely fit in the ear. If the headphones fall out easily or the enhancer does not extend fully to the back of the bowl of the ear, you should try a bigger size. If you’re still having issues after trying all the sizes, please contact us at [email protected] and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you. JBL

The first thing that I noticed (along with my friends and family) was that the sound quality on these when talking on the phone is excellent! No one knew I was using headphones (wireless at that). They are very comfortable. They come with five different size ear buds and they say you should try them all to find your perfect fit. I am able to workout and get sweaty on the treadmill and not have to touch them one time. They stay in and I can enjoy my music or answer a call. The battery seems to last a long time. I have used it for a couple of days intermittently (at least 7+ hours) and the battery is still going. It is easy to operate the call function and music from the control. A+ product!
