Decent quality but why doesn't it have a top?!?!? I only saw the item in a box but assumed it being shown without a top was only for the outside graphic. The ear buds fall out all the time. This is genuinely a braindead stupid design choice

Great Headphones, the noise cancellation feature is amazing and perfect for my commute to work. Only complaint would be that there's no cover over the case of the earbuds.

I have JBL speakers in my office and living room. So JBL should be my trusted earbud company, right? Not so much at this price point. Granted, I only spend $54 on these. Perhaps I should have spent more? Good battery life. Poor low-end sound production. The physical product is kind of hard plastic and not pleasing.

Great sound… easy to use.. great price. Bought these as an alternative to AirPods mostly due to the fact I feel Apple overcharges and these stand up to the test

Sound quality is fine, but the design of the case is just horrible. I debated buying them since the case didn't come with a top, but I ignored my instinct and bought them anyway. One of the earbuds fell out within a month.
