The ear buds fall out of the case all the time

I only saw the item in a box but assumed it being shown without a top was only for the outside graphic. The ear buds fall out all the time. This is genuinely a braindead stupid design choice

So JBL should be my trusted earbud company, right? Not so much at this price point. Granted, I only spend $54 on these. Perhaps I should have spent more? Good battery life. Poor low-end sound production. The physical product is kind of hard plastic and not pleasing.

I debated buying them since the case didn't come with a top, but I ignored my instinct and bought them anyway. One of the earbuds fell out within a month.
