Lost one within a month cause it fell out the case

It also can answer calls and activate the voice command feature. Were to weak!

They were to weak in sound, I had to have them all the way up in sound to fully hear them and in calls the mic was iffy. It didnt fall off the case but they had a somewhat comfortable fit.
Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Buds TWS. One of the common reason for low volume are dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen. We recommend cleaning it using a cotton swab alcohol. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app; commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. We need to determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Gr8 pair of Bluetooth ear phones! Probably the BEST I've ever purchased! I'm not sure if this is a universal feature, but on my phone it shows each ear buds' battery status! Luv 'em!

This set of earbuds was fairly good but with how often I turn my music to full blast they died within about 2 months or so for the price and how long they last not bad for the price when compared to others in its market but i would spend the extra money or go the extra mile to get a better set even if there is a notable jump in price range

Service was good and all my questions were answered

To prevent this likelihood of issue, please ensure a clear line of sight between the earbuds and your source and shut down unused Bluetooth products nearby. Also, try adjusting the VoiceAware level to balance how much you hear your voice while talking with others via the JBL Headphones App. This app is downloadable via Google Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS devices. Pretty decent ear buds especially for the price but wish the had more bass

These offer many features at a good price, however they require frequent cleaning on the charge contacts or they will not fully charge. Very frustrating.
They have some cool features like audio pass thru and NFC locator if you misplace them.
Sound quality is what you would expect for this price bracket, not the best but satisfactory.
All in all 3 stars
