Speaker is loud and has great Bass response. I use it at work and all of my coworkers have JBL flips. They were all so excited when they heard how well this speaker sounded. It is a little clunky to carry around at work, but definitely great for parties or around the house/yard. I love this speaker. The battery really lasts a long time also, especially with playtime boost, which just damps the lows, but increases the high-mids.

Awesome sound! It gets plenty loud and sounds better than the Charge 4 it replaced. It's big so not always the most portable. LOVE that it has an easily replaceable battery.

Best amd loudest speaker i have owned. Extremely tough and durable build. Very sleek amd portable design, with included shoulder strap. Would recommend highly!

The speaker has an excellent sound, the best of all. My children use it near the pool and as it is water-approved, it does not go bad, the battery life is very good. I recommend it for family reunions or if you are going to the beach with friends to enjoy.

I have the extreme 3 and i have been waitng a while for this speaker to come out and i tell you what the extrme 4 has way more bass to it and it is really good overall the fetures are way better and the removable battery makes the speaker last forever when you get other batterys to because the past ones once the battery gose bad you can’t replace them but the extreme 4 you can they made a product that can last longer and thank you JBL!!! They are the best

Bought this to use in the orchard. The sound quality is amazing as well as the long lasting battery! Cold and snow doesn’t stop it. Goes days without having to charge. Definitely recommend!
