This speaker is a TANK. Sounds great & battery last a long time on a single charge. Love how easy it will be to replace the battery when the time comes. Well worth the money

Did lots of research on bluetooth speakers prior and went with the JBL Xtreme 4! I wanted something with quality sound that didn't break the bank. I got a great deal on Black Friday and am very pleased with my choice! I also love how you can pair it with your tv or other JBL speakers. The app was user-friendly to adjust the sound to your own personal preferences. This speaker has great sound quality and packs a good punch! Another impressive speaker from JBL!!!

Excellent sound! Battery lasts a long time. Worth the price

I needed a new speaker for work to listen to music and this was the perfect choice. Pros ~Long batter life. I only have to charge this once every 3-4 days and it's in use for over 9 hours a day while at work 4 days a week. Charging is super quick as well. Only takes about 3 hours to fully charge. ~Super loud with multiple settings for different sound qualities. I have yet to turn this up over halfway to be able to hear it over the various saws/machines. ~The app is very helpful for seeing battery charge left and switching between the various modes Cons ~It is a little bulky and heavy but it's such a small gripe that it's barely worth mentioning. ~Price. Almost $400 is no small amount. If possible, wait for a sale. Overall, this was a great purchase and well worth the money. I would absolutely buy this again and recommend it. The only thing that would make this product better would have been waiting another month for it to be on sale like it currently is at the time of this review. Still, it's a great speaker with tremendous sound and great battery life.

Sounds great good base long battery life Well built

This speaker packs a bigger punch than expected! Extremely clear with no distortion at any volume level. It gets loud, with exceptional balance between bass, miss, and highs. Definitely get the JBL app and use the equalizer- it helps find the correct sound balance for your preferences. Auracast is a cool function to connect to multiple JBL speakers, too! One thing to note - the equalizer defaults to a pre-setting (not custom) when using Auracast, so the sound is slightly different when using that feature with multiple JBL speakers.

My other JBL speaker die. I decide to buy a bigger one and I love the strap. I can carry it around with me in my home. Specially, when I’m cleaning up. Now, i can carry it where-ever I go.

I purchased the JBL Xtreme 4 in Camo. I am happy with my purchase. I owned a JBL Charge 4 and Loved it. I decided to step up with the JBL Xtreme 4 in Camo because I plan to utilize it as a stereo system/ entertainment soundsystem in my upcoming apartment. Thank you JBL. I Love your products for their unbeatable quality.

Good sound quality. I wanted something a little rugged for outdoor parties. The speaker volume is plenty loud enough. Unfortunately there's no way to adjust the bass, so if it's a bass heavy song you'll hear that. It's not a big issue for me so I still rated it 5 stars. That would be the only thing I would change about the speaker though.

JBL comes through again! Crisp, clear sound with perfect balance of highs and lows. Rich bass output wile not overpowering. I’ve owned this type JBL speaker in varying sizes of the the years and have never been disappointed. This is powerful enough for outside poolside listening and smooth enough for inside enjoyment. I wish I could give 6 stars!

I got this JBL speaker for my fiance as a Christmas gift. He had a cruddy, cheapy brand & it didn't last 45 minutes at work. This Bluetooth speaker rocks! Its lasts days after a full charge. Plus, it is loud which is great for my fiance's factory job. We are big believers in JBL products. We will continue to buy. I highly recommend.

Wow nice unit for bringing to community pool or outdoor activities. We also have Charge5 which is wonderful but this is a very noticeable upgrade in highs and lows. We are fans of both and will continue to be jbl fans. Worth the extra $120 from charge5

Used it in a parade and it blasted out the other Bluetooth speakers that the floats around me had. The bass is awesome. Great sound quality.

I’m really satisfied with this speaker — it’s been a great sound upgrade for me. It delivers big, powerful JBL sound with deep bass and clear highs that fill a room or outdoor space with ease, perfect for parties, BBQs, or everyday listening.

Since i have bought a jbl flip 6, i just had to buy this extreme 4. I love the bass, but they need to update the jbl app to have more settings for the equalizer part. I would for sure suggest anyone/everyone to get one of these if they have a chance too.

Once I was able to connect to our home stereo system, it has provided a good outdoor listening experience for fire pits and bbq. I have not had to recharge the battery yet so I am unable to speak to the battery life on a charge.

Love this beast of a speaker I’ve brought this everywhere it’s convenient loud and last a long time this has replaced my car speakers when I didn’t have a Bluetooth adapter 10/10

One of the best portable Bluetooth speakers I own ! Great sound and excellent bass!

The xtreme4 has a great powerful sound. Not too heavy so you can carry it around with you inside a backpack which was what I needed to do but I didn’t want a smaller speaker because those do not sound too great. It is the size of a radio too so it does fit inside a backpack.
