If you want to get a good quality sound speaker for good money this one is the way to go. I was waiting when price dropped from 299$ to 229$ and didn't even think twice. Love the speaker, respect jbl

I bought this on impulse after looking at the features compared to other models and brands. Though this is not an audiophile device, it does have good sound for the size and build. I was able to play over bluetooth for roughly 6 hours without needing a charge. The USB and analog audio inputs contribute to its versatility. It's also loud enough to watch movies outdoors which is a plus. It's a bit on the heavy side for portability however that's what you get for extensive battery life.

We bought this product so that the kids would have music to listen to via some Blu-tooth device (iPad, phone etc) instead of having to hear it from their devices. Great purchase for sure and what great sound. Even on the highest volume setting, no distortion and I like the fact you can buy another a link them wirelessly to each other for even more sound. Great to take out while on the patio or at bar-b-que's. Great price too when I got it ($249).

I bought this as a gift for someone. He was so excited he had to demonstrate how powerful this little guy was. I was blown away about how loud and clear this speaker is. The bass was amazing. I didn't hear any kind of buzzing, crackling or muffled sounds. He hasn't tried to use it in any kind of water so I have no idea how waterproof it is, but judging from the casing I am sure its good. I will definitely be buying this speaker for myself.

A lot of great sound out of such a small unit. It’s very clear and crisp and a ton of bass.

This speaker sounds great - JBL has mastered the easy Bluetooth connecting - It is a solid speaker with some weight and sturdy - great strap - looks cool af and holds a charge for hours - I use as my speaker for work throughout the day The price is high but worth it if you are constantly listening to music, audio book, news and are hosting parties. This speaker would suffice as a speaker at a New Years Party - it’s that good The only knock I have is it’s ability to connect to say an iPad and a phone and go seamless back and forth like the JBL clip does - and yes that is asking a lot considering the power this speaker has

We got this so my son could share his music with friends in a large room. It does that job nicely, and it's small enough to be stored in a locker. The usb charging ports are a useful bonusl.

I got it as a Christmas present. I love the fact that is light enough for me to take it to work... I love the sound... It's AMAZING!!!!

I was in the store for an hour listening to all the different "waterproof" Bluetooth wireless speakers before I decided on the JBL Xtreme speaker. The sound is amazing and lives up to it's name. I love streaming Pandora and YouTube through this speaker. The battery life lives up to it's expectations. I bought the smaller JBL to sync with this one thinking it wouldn't be enough sound, well it is. The JBL is plenty of sound lol.

I cant believe how good the sound is and how loud it goes and how easy it is to connect to it.

Picked up the speaker on the way to the mountains for my sister cabin party and it over exceeded my expectations nice base and very clear I love this purchase

This is a great Bluetooth speaker! It is very loud and has a crisp, clear sound. Excellent bass too! One thing I disliked was you can't control much with the app unless you have two. I tried the UE Megaboom before this and although I am still 100% for the Xtreme, you could turn the UE on and off with the app and adjust volume. Extreme is an excellent choice and would definitely recommend to a friend

Connects with other JBL speakers easily. Create an instant stereo. Great for our patio, especially with our other JBL speaker. Glad we bought it. The sound is fantastic.
