    this is only 3 time we needed one of these batterys.they last pretty long time and are easy to install.tho battery itself could stay charged longer but its the same with most of them

    Once your battery goes that came with the phone I gave found that the replacements never serenity to be as good. This one is suppose to be better but time will tell.

    Directions were difficult to read but I finally got it. Printer cartridge works well and I am back in business ! Service from Best Buy was great!
