Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Breeze Electric Scooter for its smooth ride, with its 10-inch wheels, and its durability, with its very durable frame. However, some customers have concerns about the battery life, with some reporting that it resets with more bars if turned off and on again.

I did extensive research since I work in NYC where ticket agents are out for blood. I stop taking my car and decided a electric scooter would probably work out. I chose Jetson since I also live in a shoe box and needed it to fold and not too heavy. It said 20 mph but it does 16-17 on flat road but what I like is its smooth ride thru central park also its built well too. When I shop I just fold and put it in shopping cart. Over all this one works for me not the fastest but good enough ride to work where Im not bored and compact to hide in apartment built well.

First off, I use this scooter everyday in my commute by riding a little less then 10 miles a day. I am a woman, 5'4 and less then 115 pounds. Positives: I can pick up and carry this scooter up and down stairs no problem. It has a wide platform that allows more comfort and the frame is very durable. It also has a front and back brake which is much more safe when riding. Cons: I have had 2 flat tires in the first month, they should have used a solid wheel instead of one with air. The battery life will not take you up to 20 miles it will probably get you 12 max (haven't run it all the way down) or the monitor on the bike is extremely inaccurate, which is also possible. It does not go 18mph! It goes 15-16 max on a flat terrain. It also does not like water and if its windy and there is a little drag it eats through the battery life quickly. However, I must say I only test drove other models and can't fully compare all of these pros and cons. I do find it annoying it doesn't met its advertised range and speed, but overall I have enjoyed riding it. It has cut my commute in time and is easy to ride. The verdict is still out if I would recommend this one over others but definitely for the amount I spent I still feel like I got a deal.

    GREAT HEAVY DUTY SCOOTER

Purchased this scooter to help with commute in NYC, easily foldable, although slightly heavy it has been great so far, I've ridden up to 8 miles and theres was still battery life left, the charge port is easily accessible, lights add great scooter visibility during night riding. Throttle response is a little rough but easily manageable, tires are larger than most scooters that sell for 3X the price and the scooter platform is extra wide giving it great stability and ground clearance.

Using this scooter for a last mile commute. Work building parking is 250 a month and there is free parking in a nearby park. Bought it on Best buy for 350. Figured if I use it for two months its a wash if I didn't like it. Quick review. I'm 190lbs and the fastest I've gotten this thing to go on flat and level is 15mph. Even downhill steeps, it caps out at 17 mph. If anyone knows how to disable the governor on this, speak up! I've got about 40 miles total on it but have not depleted the battery because I don't want to walk home. the battery indicator drops quickly, but I don't think it's very accurate. If you turn it off and on again it resets with more bars. Seems like the first three bars drop quickly and the last two hold out for a lot longer. I figure it will probably get 12-14 miles conservatively. Uphill, it's a dog. Need to kick it out on the really steep stuff. I would say if you're over two bills, get something with more watts. This has a 250 watt motor. Not sure if there is a 400 watt scooter out there. So now the bad part. Take it out of the box and the tires aren't pumped up. Theres a little toy pump that would work, but I have a compressor in the garage. Pumped the front tire fine. Rear tire? The nozzle is jammed into the hub motor. Can't fit the air hose onto the shrader valve. I had to remove the rear wheel. Remove the tire and tube. Put a little bit of air in it and postion the shrader vlave at an angle that would allow room for it to have access to. Remounted it, pumped it up. All is good. I don't mind fixing things, but If I didn't have tire irons, a compressor, wrenches, or extensive off road motorcycle tire changing skills, this would have been a disaster. I spent about an hour on it. But all is good and its a compablie little scooter now. There's a technician that puts these scooters together that needs to pay more attention to the rear tire. Yeah you ! You know who I'm talking about.

I bought this scooter a month ago and wanted to wait to put some miles on it before reviewing. I now have about 5 miles riding the Breeze and it keeps getting better, everyone that has tried it loves it! I just finished a convention and rode from the parking garage back and forth for 4 days and still have battery life left! I was able to carry my computer bag, lunch bag and backpack all while riding amazing, I'm 6'3 225lb thanks Jetson!!

I purchased this scooter and I couldn't believe how long the battery life was on the unit. It is very durable and compact when it folds up. It goes faster than I thought it would. I also like the LED readout on battery life as well as the flashing lights when you hit the brake for night time riding. Definitely worth the $$

Lots of different companies out there that do similar products. This one is by far the best one I have tested and I am so happy with the product. The board is wide, so it doesn't feel like a kids toy. It's powerful and I'm happy I made the choice to buy this one. I would 100% recommend.

I just purchase this scooter and gave it a full first charge, took it out and after only 5 miles I had one bar on the battery meter. Charged it a second time and not much better. I'm taking it easy so is there a break in period I don't know about. . . nothing in the instructions?
