My so loved riding his board until one of the wheels locked and became stuck and didn’t work.
Bought the insurance and replaced it.

Both my kids bought one of these. They both broke the first day that they used them. Looks every cool and has good features but one of the wheels stops working and it is not usable.

Bought it for my son and after day one it would re calibrate. Customer service was useless by Jetson. Brought in-store and bought the hover brand instead. Works great.

I was really excited about all the features and everything. I took it out of the box and it was awesome except the music wouldn't sync to the hoverboard and the owners manual didn't say anything about it. I charged it to use the next day and rode it maybe 10 minutes and one of the sensors broke inside the hoverboard and it would just red light and not move. I ended up taking it back and couldn't get a replacement so I got a full refund. Would not recommend this brand at all after my experience.

I bought one of these hover boards for myself to get to work. I use it everyday and I could not be happier. As soon as I would get home, my kids would be waiting at the door. Not to hang out with dad, but to use my hoover board. They love to cruise around the neighborhood, connect it to their phones, and play music as they ride. They especially love how the lights match the beat! To my surprise, they have not broken it which is a testament to the durability because my kids break EVERYTHING I own. I eventually decided to give them mine and I bought a second hover board so we can roll down the block and make all of our neighbors jealous. I would highly recommend this board for family fun or as a greener way to travel locally!

Hard to get on this thing. Doesn't stay put one second to let you get both feet on it, also doesn't state which side is the front or back. Not worth the money

Good hover board

I just bought this a week ago and finally got my balance down. Each day I'm on it. It gets easier to use. I like the bluetooth capabilities and the fact that you can go into your settings to make adjusts like beginner, immediate and advance. It's a decent quality hoverboard but if I was gonna spend the money I would of invested in a more expensive higher quality one. The quality isnt bad by any means. I bought my daughter the jetson rave and she absolutely loves it. So far hers has been a great purchase after a month. But all in all this is a pretty decent hoverboard.

This is the Rolls Royce of hover boards. I purchased two of these boards from my local Best Buy. I brought them home and my boys took to them like a fish to water. The build on these boards seems sturdy and well made. From the moment you open the box you can tell this is a high quality hoverboard My two little ones have been riding these for hours a day since they got them. Charging and set up is easy. I cannot recommend these enough

I bought a this hoverboard and didn't use it much. Within a day, it beep five times and the manual was unclear on how to clear it/fix it. Have to watch youtube to see if there was any solution but there was none. I switch it out and with the second one, it did the same thing after a hour of charging. I just ended up returning it and getting a different brand.

Thank you for reviewing our brand new Flash hoverboard. Included in each Jetson product manual are some tips and tricks for using and maintaining your Jetson. It sounds like your Flash needed a reset. Folks can use the steps below to reset their board:
1. Make sure the board is off and on a flat surface 2. Hold the power button in until you hear beeping and lights begin to flash. 3. Next restart your device to test before riding again.
*Keep in mind that you may need to recalibrate up to 3 times to fully reset device.

This product is perfect for our whole family! The look of it and the way it rides has been an instant hit. We were shocked at how great the bluetooth speaker works. Sometimes we take it for a spin just to listen to the music. I would suggest this product to anyone! Enjoy!
