Purchased in Apr of 2022 and is now August 2022 A/C works great blows cold air not too noisy and easy to maintain. I would recommend this for sure. I was a little skeptical at first so I bought the protection plan but so far we love it!

Solid performance in high humidity though the airflow isn't enough to easily cool the rated capacity.

Damaged and does not work. Tried calling customer service and requested call back. Been 3 days and no call back.
