    Maybe I got used to the higher cardio Jillian workouts. This one seemed a lot slower and I don't think I got as good of a workout.

    great videos if you are looking at losing weight. Can't believe her hair looks so good through out the entire workout, what's up with that???

    I do different workouts and I find this one the most challenging. I love the flow of the video and the intense workout. The best part is that there are different levels. Therefore, I can progress with this one video rather than needing to buy a new one when it gets old or easy.

    This was my first yoga experience. Moves are easy and I really liked it. You will feel the burn the next day!
