    The product was very cool and worked well for about 1 week and then it started overflowing the pitcher and would only stop after unplugging the unit. Flooded the kitchen floor twice! Re booting didn’t help. Returned it to Best Buy and ordered another one to try. We did like it until that. The water tasted great and the hot water feature was great for making coffee or tea very quickly. Keeping our fingers crossed for round two!
