I had purchased the original Jlab Epic Air's. Left a rather poor review, specifically in the area of bluetooth connectivity. My purchase of the Elites did not get off to an awesome start. 1st pair had a bad driver in the right bud. Exchanged them at BB for a 2nd pair. Glad I did not give up. Jlab must have listened to all the reviews. These things are greatly improved. They appears to have taken customer comments very seriously and retooled the internals. The sound on these excellent and well balanced (at least to my ear). The Fit of the headphone is good as well. I have weird ears that do not hold a traditional ear fin headphone well. The Ear hooks are comfortable and i really like the foam ear plug (BB had spares for sale to so i picked those up as well). The place these really shine is the bluetooth connectivity. These are rock solid. They held up to me putting the phone in my left pocket while at the Gym on a fairly busy night. They stayed solid out side on a run as well. The only knock on these is they kept that stupid touch sensor. No feed back on the touch sensor and way to easy to adjust volume up and down in error. To be fair however the controls have been updated from the original so that it is not easy to skip tracks in error and the volume only goes up and down by 1 in error. Overall these are the best work out set of headphones I have used yet... and I have used a number of them.

I was a little leery about this purchase because I had so much trouble with another brand. THAT set took 2 calls to customer service to get them paired, then every time I opened my mouth they fell out! By contrast, I absolutely LOVE THIS SET! They basically paired themselves right out of the box then all I had to do was push one button in my Bluetooth settings on my phone and I was listening to my favorite tunes with great sound quality. The over-the-ear loops make it next to impossible for them to fall out while I'm walking my dog or exercising, but are still so comfortable that I forget they are there. I also used the power bank feature to charge my cell phone when we had a 3-day power outage recently. So many great features!

I love these earbuds, the earhooks really help keep them in place during hard exercise and the sound quality is excellent. My biggest complaint is they don't always register the taps I use for controlling them. Each side is touch sensitive and they use a series of taps to control them.

I love these headphones. I use them everyday for many hours seemlessly switching between phone calls and music. Use them in my office and while running. Sound quality is great. Not as full and rich as my Bose QC’s but they are every bit as comfortable and light weight. The charging case works very well and provides enough extra charge that I don’t need to think about it more than every few days, even though I use them a lot. I’m pretty hard on my stuff and use things to the full extent of their design. These have been durable. These replaced a set of Powerbeats 3. I prefer these for their complete cord free, soind, and comfort of the behind-the-ear part of the headphones. Call quality is perfect.

Great set of headphones with multiple earpieces so you can find the best fit. Light, comfortable, Very good sound. The case is compact and doubles as a charger for your phone as well (GREAT Feature!). No wire to get hung up on clothing or other objects.

I researched these and knew what I was purchasing. The headphones fit great on my ears and has good sound. I have hard time turning the volume because when I’m jogging I tap the wrong place. They charge good in the case and it lasts a long time.

My Bose sounded better but one fell out and ran under my lawnmower. These sound very good if you but the right size ear bud on it, and they stay in my ear and are cheaper than the Bose and the charger will even charge your phone

    Almost What I Wanted

I have had these headphones for about 2 weeks and have used them almost daily in comparing against Beats Powerbeats3 and my old Jaybird X2's. I will be going with the Beats Powerbeats 3. I'll start off with the things I like: - Comfort. These headphones are very comfortable. I have no problem leaving them in all day. - Secure. Working under a car, running, whatever it is that i'm doing they stay in place. - Battery life. They lasted 5 to 6 hours for me while listening to music (as advertised). I love being able to place them into the case and knowing that they will be fully charged next time I pull them out (as long as the case is charged). Things I don't like: - Spotty audio connectivity. Most of the time these headphones would play audio seamlessly. However, one particular run I went on the headphones experienced bad connectivity. I had my phone in my pocket while running and every time I removed my phone from my pocket the headphones would cut out for 2 to 3 seconds. This connectivity issue was not consistent, but it happened often compared to my 3 year old Jaybird X2 headphones which never experience this same issue. - Touch Controls. The touch controls are horrible. I would prefer to have no control over having these touch controls. It is difficult to get the touch sequences correct and the touch sequences don't seem intuitive to me. - Be Aware Audio. This mode is not worth using at all. It generates a lot of static that is quite annoying. - Audio Quality. Compared to powerbeats3, these headphones don't have good quality. The powerbeats3 have significantly more bass and significantly clearer highs. However, these headphones do have much better audio quality than Jaybird X2's. So just depends what you are comparing against. - Microphone Quality. Every time I used these headphones to talk to someone on a phone call the person I was talking to reported that they could not hear me. I determined after 2 or 3 calls that these headphones are not usable at all for phone calls. Very disappointing. Nice to haves: - Charging. I wish I could charge these headphones using a USB-C cable. Not a deal breaker, but would be nice

I formerly had ear buds that were Bluetooth, but they had a cord/wire between them which would get in the way, become misshapen from storage, and ultimately broke due to kinks in the cord. These have no cord and yet do not fall out. Further, the carrying case recharges them so they have estimated 6 hours play time with another 30 from the case. I've used them for hours at the gym and I've yet to recharge the case. The sound quality is great and the options allow it to remove noise cancellation along with other functions. All in all well worth the price so far.

These compact bluetooth headphones with charging case are my new daily wireless headphones. I used and loved Beats and Skullcandy headphones for the last several years, but those companies have dragged their feet on innovating any meaningful design improvements. These JLab Epic Air Elite headphones are so small most people don’t notice that I’m wearing any headphones. The charging case is a game changer to keep the buds charged and synced. The low points of these headphones are distance range and sound quality. Range is not good and quality is not better than competitors, but they are perfect when I can pop these buds into their case and be ready to go when I hit the gym. Very comfortable too for long wearing sessions.

If you're looking for concert quality sound, these likely aren't for you. If you're looking for durable, sweat resistant, and decent sound reproduction, these are the earbuds you want. I have had trouble finding over the ear BT buds that I like. The cheap ones are just that, and the rest are way too pricey for what I need. On sale these came in on the high side of what I was willing to pay, but now that I have used them I am happy enough with them that I would have paid a bit more.

I have had these buds for about two weeks and I use them everyday for about 4+ hours each day. I am in software and listen to the radio and music for the better part of the day. Pairing with my PC or phone was easy and I like the touch controls. Once you are used to the you know exactly how to use them and its really intuitive. The package comes with 7 pairs of ear tips that make it easy to find something that fits your ear. One set is even memory foam so you can get a really nice seal in the ear to block out the world. The sound quality is decent for true wireless buds. These are the only ear bud style phones I have used that fit comfortably in my ear and stay in. There is a lot to like here but there is more not to like. The first con is the "Be Aware" mode. The internal microphone that is used to amplify the sound outside creates a lot of white noise that dampens the listening experience quite a bit. Its a lot more useful to remove one earbud from the ear if you want to hear rather than activating the microphone. The next con is the connection. I have had to reconnect this device five times to my PC because it does not connect when I pull the buds out of the charger in the morning. Along with that, the buds do not stay joined. I have had instances almost everyday where one of the buds, if not both drop out for a second then repair and join. I am not sure if this is a connection issue with my source or the buds themselves but its really annoying.

The JLAB earphones are my favorite gift I have ever received. The fit is perfect for a worry free workout or run. The battery life goes for days at a time and the charging case makes it even better. The only con I have is the fact I never know if they are on or off. I have already recommended these earphones to at 10 friends and everyone has loved their purchase. Great price and great product.

I love that there are so many ear tips that you can select from. The volume is based on the seal and with so many tips to choose from I'm quite sure that you will find one that fits your ear. The sound quality is good for timeless wireless earbuds (its it's not fair to compare them to other styles of headphones). The quality for phone calls is excellent as well - I haven't received any complaints from callers and I can hear others loud and clear. The battery life is more than adequate for true wireless earbuds as well

I bought them for my brother as a gift and he liked them. I thought he would use them a lot when working out, but he said that while he's doing more movement oriented exercises the headphones aren't loud enough. So I've noticed that he doesn't use them as much. But for regular use they're great! Fits around the ears nicely, and I love that they come with extra ear pieces so you get the best fit for your ears.

These are well worth the money, considering the quality of sound and the durability. The ability to turn outside noises off and on is very beneficial, so you aren't constantly taking them out. They're easy to use and the battery last quite a while, both for the actual earphone and the charging case.
