So far learned to keep them out of the cold or they cut out, but with all the different ear peices easy to find a great fit, good sound but would be nice to be able to adjust sound.

Almost didn't buy these due to a lot of negative reviews. I have had zero problem with connectivity. Very easy to set up. Some crackling at first, but disappeared after the 2 or 3rd use. Volume is great. After the initial connection, these earbuds connect to your phone and start playing music immediately. They are very sensitive to touch so you do have to be careful when adjusting them as not to turn them off. Come with many different earbud options so you can easily find the right fit for you. The charging case is great, too!!

I purchased these as a gift for my husband (who loves to run outdoors) for Christmas, I was skeptical about purchasing these headphones since I read mixed reviews about them, but like one of the reviews I read it said as long as you follow the instructions to set them up they work great! That's exactly what I did I paired them one at a time as instructed and have not had any problems with them AT ALL!! My husband loves them, they sound great, connectivity is not an issue and they stay put! Over all a great product!!

I really thought I would love this product. I do prefer something that fits over my ear and I did for a Moment. The Sound is good. I use Life Time Fitness which is why I purchased wireless. When in the main gym space they would not stay connected to each other and sometimes to my phone. I did contact customer support and they were responsive. Unfortunately all their fixes did not help. so I returned them to try something different.

These wireless headphones sound good, not great, and fit well, which is what I need for working out. Tried several other brands of headphones and these are by far the best for me.

Setup was very easy and it connects almost immediately when turned on. Sound is very good for Bluetooth earbuds, including the low, mid and high ranges. My personal experience with connectivity was better than with other earbuds I have but not perfect as stated below. I had a few good-bye messages for no apparent reason. When that happened, they turned off automatically. The first time it happened, I thought it was because it was not fully charged but that was not the case at all. In the last day and a half, it hasn’t happened so I’m still wondering what the issue really was and if it’s going to return. Another issue I’ve experienced may not be an actual problem. The music stops streaming suddenly but it seems that it is because I sometimes touch them without thinking about it. After consciously tapping any one of them, the stream continues. I hope that’s what the issue actually is and that I can avoid touching the earbuds when I don’t intend to. Still, I must admit that I’m not confident that I’ve caused this issue. If I have caused it then the design seems a bit flawed. The charging case is a great addition but it took me a while to find the included charging cable because it was nicely wrapped around it. It is bigger than the other charging case I own but since the Epic Air charge lasts considerably longer, it is not a problem except if you intend to carry the case in a small pocket. What I liked the most about these earbuds were: . Extremely light and comfortable. I was afraid my ears would hurt with the weight but I easily forget they’re even there. Also, I don’t need to insert them way into my ear canal like every other similar device. . Secure. It is the only wireless earbuds that never fell off my ears at the gym or when I was brushing my teeth. I’ve had it only for a couple of days but it feels like it won’t change. Comfort, good fit and secure are the biggest strengths of this product. Sound quality is also good but I couldn’t let go of the connectivity issues, whether they are real or just perceived due to a small flaw in the design. Although I'd still recommend them, it is important to be aware of the shortcomings. Overall, I still like them.

I have been looking for completely wireless headphones for a while as the wire connecting the earbuds on normal wireless headphones get stuck on my ponytail and they fall out. These are FANTASTIC! They have absolutely no wires, the connection does cut out every once in a while (less than once a week), they stay in my ears and are super low profile. If I had one complaint, it would be that the circular part that holds the earbud is rather large and start to hurt my ears after a while....I have small ears though.

These are some pretty good wireless earphones. They have great sound and have a pretty snug fit. took a few days to get use to using put they are coming along just fine.

Sound quality good once in awhile it will cut out when I turn my head. Wish it had a longer warning signal that the battery is low.

Pretty good sound, better security compared to just wireless buds. Buttons easily tripped so don't use when you sleep or have stuff close to them like a helmet.

These wireless earbuds are awesome. Easy to connect and use. Stands up will to sweating while excersizing. The battery life is pretty good and the battery case holds about 4 additional full charges on the buds.

Excellent Ear buds for anyone to use. Simple setup, audio controls that connects through Bluetooth. Battery pack lasts forever, auto recharge when not in use. Happy I purchased, incredible customer service.

This has a good battery life. Fairly easy to use and connect, but it keeps disconnected. So, I had to return it.

These sound fantastic and stay in my ear well. Occasionally they are difficult to activate but once on, the are easy to use. Love running with them!

I got these to replace a pair of Beats that were stolen from me. The pros: The wireless design is pretty cool, and I like that I can use the case as a charger. The sound is solid and well rounded. The cons: I found taking calls and getting the headphones on and off a little awkward. There was a delay in the audio. Watching videos on my phone was almost impossible due to said delay, and I ended up returning them. If the delay was fixable, I'd have gotten used to the rest.

I do landscaping and I work outside a lot. While riding a mower or weed whacking you can't hear anything. Just have to make sure you find the right fitting for you. Works great with phone calls too. But you'll only hear out the ear that you have your phone paired too. Overall very happy with it. I've been threw a lot of headphones and this by far is the best

Generally like them. Have used them in 4 road races (running) and they've been working at the finish line twice. Granted I don't know all the tips and tricks, but they tend to cut out when there is a lot of sweat. Also, there is a Beep-beep-beep pattern they make before cutting out. And, recently, the volume seemed to be stuck on low. In the past, most bluetooth headphones I've used have stopped working after a few months. Hope that's not the case with these.

I bought this to use for the gym and fell in love with the design. The case is great and handy and the earbuds for the most part are comfortable. What makes it a 2 star is the fact that the earbuds unsync with each other far to much and it took me out of my workout. Already returned them and got the method wireless earbuds by skullcandy, much better and no complaints.

Excellent earbuds, comfortable and work very well, though sometimes they have a tendency to disconnect and need to be reconnected

I bought these because I wanted a pair of truly wireless & they were on sale. Sadly I was disappointed the controls & fit, but there were other major problems. The sound is flat(no bass at all), talking to another called was often muffled, & worst of all the connection. Some days the headphones would disconnect from each other 1 or 2 times a day, other days that would be every few minutes. I'll stick with my other wireless headphones at this time.
