The first true-wireless headphones with ear hooks AND charging case that doubles as a charger for other devices! Great product. I use this for LONG runs and gym workouts 7 days a week. The first pair I had to return because one ear piece wouldn’t charge. This second pair has been great for what I need. They are a little on the “bright” side with decent bass. I use them with my Dell XPS desktop, Surface Laptop and iPhone 6s.

Truly wireless, yes but with a catch. The idea to finally have no wires whole you workout, is almost reached with these ear buds. With the bluetooth connection strong between the device and the chosen side to pair, The opposite side has a hard time connecting with it. The products site boast that they have solved the issue of connection through water. Given the human body is mostly water, connecting is still an issue. As the non paired side always loses connection during a movement of the head. The cutting out will break your concentration and this proves to be more of a hassel compared to the single cord of the j-3's or similar priced corded wireless earbuds. I think ill give the industry more time to get the kinks out of the truely wireless game. Or maybe have both sides connect to the device instead of the non-paired side piggy backing on the paired side. I mean if UE can connect multiple speakerers to a single device two ear buds should be easy! Let me know when truely wireless gets the bugs out

I bought this product because I was looking for over the ear head phones that were wireless after my last pair broke. There is a bit of a learning curve using this product and it was a pain to set up at first. Now I have no issues using the product. The biggest issue I had was knowing where to put my fingers on the headphones when putting them on. *Don't put your fingers on the logos after they have been turned on* Continuously holding you finger there with raise or lower the volume. This was not made clear when I was reading the instructions and I lowered the volume to the point where i had to repair the set to get the volume to go back up. The other issue I ran into is sometimes there will be interference on the same wave as the head set and you may have connection issues. This has only happened a handful of time over the past three weeks. I was pleased to find out that the unit comes with a usb cable that can be used on other devices. This has made packing for trips easier as it is one less cable I need to pack. The battery life for the case isn't the greatest when i comes to charging other devices but is able to charge my Galaxy S5 Active and the head about 1.5 times while charging the headphones .

After my previous earphone broke, I was searching for an excellent replacement. Flying first class on a flight to Minnesota from Arizona, I ended up seated next to the National Sales Manager of JLAB who recommended their newest product, Epic Air. What a product!! The dual earbuds offer 36 hour play time, secure wireless fit, versatile charging case, and universal mike + track & volume control. What more do you want?!!

They fit nicely and remain in the ear. The on and off button is awkward (Can’t turn on and off while in the ear). Sound is good.

Nice quality sound. Great functioning when both headphones are paired (such as tapping one ear for skip/go back and the other pause/play). No wire is an added bonus.

I read reviews about the JLab Audio headphones and they seemed to be great, the charging case works as a phone charge and they are truly wireless. The good ends there. The head phones as worthless in the gym, airport or anywhere there are people. The bluetooth signal is constantly interrupted between the 2 headphones and the signal is frequently dropped because it cannot hold the bluetooth connection with your device. After 3 months I could no longer charge the right headphone as the connection prong in the charging case no longer would extend to make contact to the headphone. The sound quality of the headphones isn't very good even with the phone app to make the adjustments. I contacted JLab and they are unwilling to help with replacement unless you have a copy of the original receipt. I will be going back to the Jaybird wireless headphones, this was a $150.00 mistake.

Product is horrible. Has problems once connected. Volume will just drop out of nowhere then when you try to raise volume it just drops back down. If you touch the ear bud the volume will drop and not go back up. Music drops in and out continuously. Bad product

Had these about a month and the sound quality is amazing for the price, the lack of any wires and being able to adjust the volume and change tracks.Downside is tricky set up and putting them on is not very easy even a month later. They also require you to keep your connected device on the same side of your body as the main earbud that is connected since one earbud connects to your device and the other connects to its partner. Lots of hoops to jump but worth it in the end.

I bought these because of the innovative charging case and the promise of the best battery life of all true wireless earbuds. Battery life was no where near whats promised. Touch controls were simply awful. After 3 weeks the right earbud refused to charge. Sound was decent. I exchanged for Apple AirPods and will NEVER GO BACK. The difference in quality and attention to detail is like the difference between a Suzuki Samurai and a Mercedes Benz. I am NOT an Apple guy, but got a new iPhone 8 from work and the AirPods are simply unbelievable. Dont waste your time with anything else, including Bose or B&O, especially if you have an iPhone. Apple really does think of EVERYTHING when it comes to the features and iPhone integration. Trust me! I am a past IT guy and DO NOT LIKE APPLE, but I am now a convert at least for phones and AirPods!

These have serious issues connecting and staying connecting. If the phone is in your pocket they will not connect. You nearly have to have your phone touching them to connect. Then if you place the phone in your pocket they will begin losing connection. They also disconnect back and forth. Spend the money. Get a little better. I got the Jbird run to replace these and they work amazing.
