Headphones sound great controls on the touchy side and take some getting used to but pleased overall

I tried these earbuds out for almost a month. They started out doing pretty good, although the sound would cut out for half a second like other reviewers talked about, and then everything just continued to go down hill from there. First off, I have smaller ears so it's hard to find earbuds that fit correctly. These earbuds fit really nicely at first and I had a great first couple of workouts. Then the earbuds started to not stay tight around my ear. This kept interrupting me while I was trying to run and I eventually just took them off. The next thing is that because you tap the earbud to perform a function, if my sweaty hair touched the earbud it would perform a function that I didn't want to occur. Again, distracting me from my workout. The last issue that occurred was when I got a new cell phone, the earbuds wouldn't connect with the new phone even though I disconnected them from the Bluetooth of the other phone. I was really excited about these earbuds; one, because of the touch system, and two, because they were water resistant.

I was extremely disappointed. Fit was great but they would cut out constantly.

Want a great set of running or gym headphones, then these are perfect. Looking for a every day set of hands free ear buds that rock the house then keep browsing. The feel and fit (lots of options for all ears) are fantastic. With the right set of inserts the outside world gets much quieter. The charging case with it's built in cable is almost worth the entire package. Love this option, a lot of thought went into this set-up. Touch controls are pretty sweet at first, but when actually using them at the gym it gets annoying when you try to adjust the headphone and accidentally tap a button. The lag or delay is annoying but seems to be the norm with wireless headphones. Drives me crazy though, waiting for a manufacturer to get this problem figured out. Connectivity can be a pain sometimes even between the two headphones themselves. Also best to wear a armband for your phone because the Bluetooth is not strong with these. They are plenty loud, bass is weak. But as I said, these will keep up with your sweat and continue to rock out.

They hold a great charge, and I like how comfortable the buds are

Trying to set them up was a little on the tricky side, but after 15 minutes, I got them to sync up. The sound is a little tinny. I listen to audio books , so booming bass wasn't a must. The left ear keeps cutting in and out and according to the website, it's normal because my body blocks it? Really?!? We'll see how long I can take before I go back to AirPods.

Sound great could be a little better with connectivity.

These are great for podcasts or audiobooks. Battery life is amazing and the case can fully charge them about 5 times. The sound quality is good for such small Bluetooth headphones but they don't really stay pushed into my ear. I have the same problem with any earbud so it's not jlabs fault. They even provide a ton of extra tips for the earbuds.

Great sound,comfortable fit. Only problem for me doesn't have capabilities to read sms messages

For music I give this device the highest quality in line with Bose, JBL or similar type quality. For talk the quality does not match the same performance with only one ear and talk quality not to the same performance on par with single ear units or wire. If you have high road noise volume is way too low, but average for fix position communication. If it were dual ear and range could be increase, this unit would truly be outstanding.

Great comfortable ear phones. True wireless indeed but the sound is not there. If you had more sound on this product they would be great.

I love the chargeable case and sound quality. The headphones are light and its easy to use.

Device is good. Sound is good but it gets some interference from other devices. As far as your are far from other sources it is perfect. Adjusts well in the ear. Comfortable.

These earbuds work good and stay put. The battery life is Great. The sound quality is good.

This product fits my needs but there is one thing that I’m not happy with. The touch sensitivity for the buttons is not very sensitive.

I needed earbuds to listen to music while I work out and these work great. They stay in place and I don't have to think about them.

I tried two sets of these earbuds. The first would never pair both earbuds so I took them back. The second had a similar problem so I called the manufacturer. They sent me some suggestions and I eventually got them to work. For the first week I loved them and then the the right earbud stopped working all together. I again called the manufacturer and they claimed they had never heard of this happening. I have a very hard time believing that. They suggested I just take them back to where I bought them. So I did.

They sounded great until I used them at the gym once and the sound started to have a lot of static had to return them.
