    Horrible for running

I thought these would be awesome for running. No wires to deal with! Well, I was very disappointed with many aspects. First, it was close to impossible to get them to sync with each other, never mind with my apple watch. After spending too much time getting them synced, out I went. Now, these might be okay if you only use them in warm weather and don't have hair touching your ears. You can't wear a hat because the hat makes the controls go wacky. So then I would take my hat off, and then my hair would bounce and when it hit the ear bud, it would also change the song, volume or pause. I really wanted to like these and gave them several tries, but I got so frustrated on my runs that I decided to return them. I then bought Beats sports earbuds for almost the same price, and they are great! (they DO have a wire that goes behind your head, but it doesn't bother me at all.).

The ear buds were a present for my husband. He likes a bud that stays in when he is working out. These fit well.

It plays music well but the customer service is terrible.2 days to contact me is what it said in their email.but haven't heard from anyone yet...volume has a mind of it's own at times usually after removing an ear bud to listen to someone.. Overly sensitive volume control at times...changes randomly...

I honestly don't know how these got on the market, they are awful. I can put up with the fact I have to pair each ear phone. But the connectivity is beyond horrible. Each ear piece will cut in and out every few seconds. Its the worst experience I ever had with headphones. I'll be returning these immediately.

these are by far the best earbud headphones i ever owned. they sound awesome. Easy setup and great carrying case that charges them as well. cant beat that!! They fit very well and they do NOT move around or come out while exercising, running and jumping ropes. For the price...it is the BEST

Everything about these earbuds is terrific, including a solid fit, good if not awesome audio quality, design, and quality are what I have come to expect from JLab. The only negative and it is a big one is that the left earbud drops out all of the time. Bluetooth connectivity was excellent even 30 feet away from the right earbud but the connection between the right and left was intermittent at best. JLab stands behind their product and sent me a brand new pair under warranty but it did the same thing as the first pair. This is not the only brand with this problem- I have tried several. Until the manufacturers start making use of the soon to be released chipset from Qualcomm they are not likely to improve. Apple designed their own W1 chip which is rock steady but the AirPods are a miserable fit in my ears, look downright silly and the audio quality is mediocre Unless you want to hold out till spring or summer when the next generation of true wireless buds appear in stores my recommendation is Apple if they fit you or Sony

I purchased these ear buds about a month or two back. I like how the fit in my ear, phone conversation with the other party can hear me clearly, and i can hear them. My issue with these earbuds is when connected to bluetooth, and you're watching any thing or listening to music, the connection goes in and out. You turn your head left or right, there is a break in connection. As if im 30 feet away or more. I'm holding my phone in my hand and it should not do that. Not with it in my hand or 10 feet away. I never experienced this with any other bluetooth device, not even a cheap pair gave any issues like this. I think jlab could have something really great. If they fix this problem. I'm have check reviews on this after i noticed my issue. They all saying the same thing. SO FIX IT!

The epic airs ear buds do not disappoint. They are comfortable, and work great. These are the first pair of bluetooth eards I have owned and so far, so good. I am blind so ease of use was important to me. Sometimes I forget I have them on. Have not had any issues with them falling off, very secure..

These have been the best for the gym, had others and the kept falling out, the hooks keep that from happening also the come with many sets of ear plugs so u can get the right fit and if u want them to let in some noise around u or be noise canceling

These are amazing earbuds. You must follow the directions exactly to be able to connect them together and then to a device. I can connect them to my Fitbit Ionic and play music through my watch. They have great sound quality and they stay put in your ear. They look amazing too.

They work great and really convenient because of being completely wireless and and you can use them singly as well the one flaw that gives them a 3 rating is that if you get moisture on them it starts messing with the volume control

love the high volume and distance you can go before you lose the connection. But, I do not like that I am constantly losing connection with one of the ear pieces. For the amount you pay, you should not have this issue.

Tried it for a week. Connectivity is terrible. One ear doesn’t sync with the other. Connectivity between the device and phone is also terrible. Connection kept cutting while phone was in my pocket. The only time it worked was when my Phone was 6 feet away, for some reason.

These are truly wireless, just two ear phones with no wire between. Easy Bluetooth setup. The sound is really good, as good if not better than my Bose wired headset. The fit is comfortable for any workout I may be doing. The charging case is convenient and very portable.
