I was looking for a pair of wireless earbuds and thought I would try these. They are ok. The sound is decent but the pairing is wonky. I have not been able to reset them to factory default to try repairing them.

These wireless headphones are terrific. Easy to configure and use. Sounds good.

The “buttons” on the sides are too sinsitive and get stuck a lot. (Volume continues to go up or down and hard to get it to stop) they seem to have trouble staying connected to the phone. Just all around not a great purchase. Look elsewhere for something better

I've never owned a pair of JLab headphones before and I'm very happy with this purchase. Great battery life (about 7 hours on one charge). The case is big but it comes with its own power charger cord and around 30 hours of charge time. The sound is ok but I listen to mostly podcasts so that doesn't bother me.

Great product! Super happy with these head phones. They stay snug in ear while jogging which was most important for me. Comfortable for all day wear while snowboarding, cycling, and sports training. Only wish they were waterproof for pool use!

The JLab Epic wireless headphones are great and they are extremely lightweight. Setup is quick and easy. I have configured my iPhone 8+ less than a minute. The sound quality is good and not great. They are comfortable to use and fit securely on my ears. I don’t have to worry about falling off while excercising. The wireless range is pretty good and no interrutpion upto 15 feet. These Epic Air wireless earbuds come with a convenient charging case for storage and transport. Ear buds should last atleast 5 hours on a charge, but this hard case with storage battery that will keep them going for another 30 hours. You can also use the case to charge up a smartphone or any other device using mini USB. The JLab Audio Epic Air in-ear headphones are great set of headphones for a truly wireless experience.

For $150.00 they are horrible. The sound is poor, the touch controls are a mess, I had them for one day...will be returning them tomorrow.. I knew what I wanted when I went in the store but didn't research the product first...wont do that again

Have only had these ear buds for about a month but have charged them since the initial charge! Have worn them to the gym every week for runs and workouts. They never move or need adjusted during runs. And the sound is terrific.

These are great. Great sound quality. Great call clarity. I have another set of completely wireless headphones, but thes blow them out of the water. They are secure in your ears and the auto-on function is a great feature.

The connectivity between the two ear pieces crack up at times while having the phone in my pocket. If it weren't for that I would have kept it. The battery life is really good.

These are great with great sound and nice fit. The battery life isn’t the best but I’m pretty sure that’s to be expected from completely wireless ear buds and the case provides for plenty of extra charges.

Had to return a first pair due to one side failing, but after that, they have worked perfectly. They come with an awesome case to charge them in if you're not at home. They stay in your ear well and they sound fantastic.

I purchase the JLAB - Epic Air Wireless Earbud Headphones and so far i've been using is good sometimes the connections between the earbuds breaks for 2 to 3 sec but most of the time i've use it it is good love then no more wire great for running that's the reason i get it !!!!

Out of the choices provided by Best Buy, for the price, probably the best pair they have.

Easy to set up! Good sound but not great bass but that's ok. Easy to use while talking on the phone. Must learn to use skip, pause, play, volume function but can do it all through the buds themselves. Good buy!

This is my second pair. Love the comfort of the ear buds.
