Awesome headset! Sound quality as giod as powebeats 3.

I purchased these wireless headphones with a pair of Beats X wireless headphones. The JLab epic air to me had better features than the Beats X. There were two issues I had with the JLab epic air one was when listening to music at times the music would be lost at times. Two I had an issue with the charger. The port for the charger dislodged into the charger so at this time of this review I cannot charge these headphones. I Email the company twice but to no avail I haven’t heard back from JLab. When charger was working it held a great charge it pair well. I was satisfied until this problem arose

My husband loves his wireless earphone. He's a truck drive and use them when he's on the road to answer and talk on his phone. Whe he stop for the night, he uses them to watch a movie on his iPad and doesn't have to interrupt his co driver. He never had a problem connecting them to his blue tooth. These were perfect for him.

Fit's very well, without it hurting one's ears.....

These headphones worked great out of the box. The charging pad is a little qwerky with the case and the USB charger all in one. Excellent sound. Sit around my ears comfortably even with a sweat going on.

Not bad, just wish the battery life was longer. Good

The Bluetooth capability of this item is great as long as the phone is in your shirt pocket. I work outdoors and my job requires me to use multiple hand held tools while using my phone to communicate with co-workers and supervisors. That said sometimes my phone is in my pant pocket, tool bag, or in the truck and I noticed that when it was one my pant pocket it started to somewhat cut off while one calls. If the phone was in my tool bag the signal was ok as long as I did not step too far to one side or the other of where my phone was. If I left the phone in my truck one the seat it would lose connectivity But if the phone was on the dashboard signal was excellent as long I did not walk to the back of the truck.

These have been a really great set of truly wireless ear phones. They are comfortable in the ears for long periods. The battery life is excellent. These are so good I even purchased s set for my fiancé.

These are extremely loud and good quality well built, they feel ok on the ears, I liked them but these was purchased for my wife and didn't want them because she's left handed and she was unable to answer calls threw the left headset.

I love the size and quality of the epic air. I would just say I wish when talking it would play in both ears and volume could be a lot louder. When it comes to music, just nice and loud. Ear buds are comfortable and light as well! Good bang for buck.

Bought these wireless headphones to use while running or wondering around. Have had a lot of difficulty trying to get both ear pieces working together. Individually they work great - but I want stereo!!!

I bought this for my wife and ended up returning, although in my opinion the sound quality was great, pairing was easy, just a little bit too big for my taste, but I returned because she wasn't able to answer calls using the left ear bug

I use them for running, and they seem to cut off a lot. Sometimes they don't connect back and I get frustrated and just don't use them anymore. I don't think they are made for running.

These earbuds are very good for connecting between devices and are able to keep a connection the reasonable distance the sound drop off people refer to is slightly annoying but that's the device adapting to the distance that the earbuds are at compared to the phone. My main gripe with this product is its charging case and the auto on and off feature that the earbuds have whenever I place the earbuds within its charging case sometimes the the earbuds will disconnect from the charging platform within the case and turn on while still being charged at the same time and ending up making a cycle of wasting the battery of the charger

Awesome product! Would give it a 5 star, but setup was a bit annoying.

Christmas gift for myself. Easy to lift and move in while working out.

Units are difficult to connect and to operate after connected .can get out of sync and then won’t connect at all. Exchanged several times hoping it was just the unit. Called customer service and customer service is email only and took multiple emails to get response in addition the units dropped signal constantly. Charging box failed to charge multiple times. All in all a waste of 175.00. Best Buy was great at exchanging to try to get it right .

I like them but the heat sensor is constantly making it do weird things
