I bought these two months ago. Read the reviews about the connectivity issues and the music starting and stopping. Decided to take a chance anyways. Overall headphones are very comfortable. There is some connection issues but the headphones get better with time. Be sure your phone is on the same side of the body as the earbud that connects to it. If you turn your head and the radio signal is blocked by your body it gets jumpy but overall not a huge issue in my mind. Great thing about them is that they can connect to two devices. Mine is my phone (for working out) and my Microsoft Surface (for quiet at the office and movies on airplanes). Case doubles as power source for phone if needed and battery life on earbuds is fantastic. 7 hours per charge and there is 5 charges stored in the case. It also has built in charging cable in case.
A few negatives yes, but in my mind they don't ruin the whole experience of ownership.

Bought for Christmas so left in package for a few weeks. Once opened, I ran both indoors and outdoors with these for 2-3 weeks, about 3 times a week. I liked the wrap-around the ears to keep them in place. I don't personally like the 'fill the ear' style because you can hear your own internal sounds too loud, but that is only personal preference so from that standpoint, the sound output is fine. There is nothing special about the sound quality, but nothing particularly poor about it either.
However, running with these, at times I'd find that they would 'skip' periodically - never sure why, but it wasn't often enough that I returned them.
As others have said, they are useless for watching video, at least on iPad/iPhone. They will be out of sync with the video so things looked badly dubbed. Since I bought them for running and this doesn't matter for music, that was OK with me and I was aware of it before purchase.
I had one problem near the end where double-tapping on the right earbud caused it to go nuts and just start continually turning up the volume to max on my phone. Very annoying during a run. And could not reverse it.
Then at last after the 2-3 weeks of usage, and putting the buds back in their case after each use to charge - the right earbud just quit charging altogether. It would no longer make a connection, or pick up contact, or who knows what - but would not charge.
Thus I returned them and went with a different brand. The product design, packaging, charging station, and price were all good. But I don't have patience for failure overall. Maybe I got a dud, and was lucky that it failed in weeks so that I could return it instead of after a year or however long when I would be out of luck.

These headphones are unbelievable. I bought them for running, but I use them all the time. The case has a battery that recharges the earbuds between uses. There is a charge indicator on the case so you'll never forget to charge. The battery lasts a number of uses before recharging is required. The sound quality is pretty good. The earbuds will stay in your ear during active use. There are capacitive-touch buttons on the earbuds for volume and song skip. Know that the part that goes around the ear are the antennas. Make sure not to be touching on them during use or you will experience temporary drop out of the signal. Overall, these are well worth the investment.

Love the way it fits and secure
Bass is awesome
the connectivity so so
the charging and extra charges are amazing
the fact that you can screw your sound or hang up a call by mistake because of the controls are a minor issue
overall really good wireless blue tooth
receiving a call in only the left ear is kind of a bummer but also superable

These true wireless Jlabs are pretty solid when it comes to sound quality and fit, as well as the charging mechanism. However, the pairing process was convoluted compared to other bluetooth headphones, a small trade off for having the convenience of true wireless.

These buds sounded good and fit really good with the wrap around hook. The touch controls on these are AWESOME!... But the while alone or taking walk or just doing mundane things these are fantastic but once you get into the gym and around a bunch of people and workout equipment the left bud starts getting wonky due to being the slave bud.. I would definitely recommend these to people who like to run outdoors and maybe workout in a more isolated area because the connection gives out BUT ONLY in that situation for me which turned me to the jabra elite sports which to me aren't as nice and cool but the connection is way more solid and trustworthy !

Theae ear buds were pretty comfortable, with plenty of sizing options. The sound quality was good. Unfortunately, they would lose blue tooth connection or begin to skip very easily, sometimes even just when I just turned my head to the right and the phone was in my left pants pocket. Moving more than 5-10 feet away from a connection device would also cause connectivity issues. Additionally, the stop play feature on the left earbud would often activate Google voice, which was unnecessary and irritating

Overall these are pretty awesome true wireless headphones.
Great parts:
--Connectivity - They stay connected across the gym. Obviously any walls ruin that, but most gyms do not have walls.
--Sweat Proof - I've done some pretty hot runs in these, all of my sweat did not ruin them or interfere with sound. They did not even slip out of my ear.
--Battery - The battery lasts pretty long and the convenient charging/carrying case is amazing. Small enough to fit in bags, but large neough you do not lose it.
The not so great parts:
--When running, sometimes the songs would change or pause because it thought I was tapping them to initiate this movement. Couldn't quite tell if it was my gait being too abrasive or the battery low.
--Sometimes those exact buttons wouldn't respond to my finger taps. I'd have to tap pretty hard to initiate a new song command - seeing as it is in your ear, it gets annoying fast.

Sweet & simple...these have worked great for me so far. They occasionally drift in & out of connection, but I expect that with all bluetooth devices. Great volume & bass. Only issue I have (and it is probably more to do with the design of my ear shape more so than a design flaw with the earbuds) is that they do not make a great/tight seal in the ear canal so I still hear a lot of wind noise when riding my motorcycle. I do not wear a helmet so that is to be expected, I suppose. They do stay in place...very secure. Very satisfied with these earbuds.

I would say...If you like to run, gym, yoga and cross fit, without tangle of wires...this is a must to have. Sound is great, sync right out of he box without issues. The charger? Best all around, since you can juice your iPhone or Android right out from the Charger unit. This is exactly what I was looking nice shape, great fit and really comfortable. There is no buffering or lags of music while using..my suggestion is BUY IT NOW!

I so wanted these headphones to live up to promises, but they just miss the mark. There have been good reviews and bad -- I read and watched them all, but wanted to see for myself. The YouTuber review I watched was just about spot on, unfortunately. Controls are hit/miss and I realized I needed something more tangible, like buttons, to cut my frustration. Fit was fine and I had no issues with connectivity. Charging case is a mess, though -- the lid is flimsy and the earbuds fit inside so loosely that I kept wondering if they were charging, not charging, need to be charged, etc. One earbud would light up that it was charging and the other wouldn't...ugh. The case also required you to unwrap the cord from the middle in order to charge it...I like the idea of a cord integrated, but i should be able to charge it with any cord I find, quickly, without having to disassemble/reassemble it. With this price point, I expected more. Love the idea of the battery life and fit, but too many little things were a deterrent. I took my refund and purchased the Jabra version of wireless earbuds. They aren't perfect for my ears, nor is the battery life equal, but they deliver on more promises.

Nice headset, but serious audio dropouts...

Read reviews on here and watched numerous YouTube reviews. Decided to give it a try even with the complaints.
Let me start by saying this was one of the most comfortable headsets I have worn. I'm usually not a fan of ear hooks, but felt great and couldn't even tell they were there. Sound was nice, with base and highs. Loved the convenient touch controls as it worked very well, often to well. Had to be careful of wiping sweat away as I would mistakenly touch the controls.
My biggest gripe, and what made me return them was the constant audio dropouts! You'd think with 2 Bluetooth antennas dropouts would be less frequent but they were not. Tried repairing them to my iPhone 7+ several times changing the master from right to left with no help. Trust me when I say when your pounding away at an eliptical at the gym it's very annoying with the sound dropouts!
Had such great hope with these but they fell short and returned.
Pros:
Very comfortable
Many tips and options for different ear sizes
Battery life
Charging case that can charge your device as well
Touch controls
Cons:
Constant audio dropouts, even outside with nothing around
Hopefully in the next version they can get it right!

There's a lot of negative reviews for these wireless earbuds, yet most of them are from people who have no idea how to optimally use them. They have about 10 yds range & are ideal for working out. The sound quality is pretty phenomenal considering how small the speakers are. I've only ever lost connectivity once, while standing right next to a microwave & the connection returned within 2 secs. After reading dozens of reviews, I was scared to purchase these... I've had them now for over a month now & could not give them a more glowing recommendation!

These earbuds work very well and have lots of features that I love. The storage case that recharges the earbuds is also a powerbank to charge any usb device. The various options, like having the earbuds automatically turn on and pair when you take them out of the case are easy to change, just follow the instructions. There is a free app for butning in the earbuds to improve the sound quality, which is already excellent. It comes with multiple different silicone tips to customize the fit. All in all, a lot of features that make these amazing.

As far as sound quality goes, there really good earphones. I love the way there truly wireless and have the thing to go over my ear to hold it in place. I love all the different choices of earbuds. I also absolutely love the charging case that come with it. But the thing that I did not like about them and why I returned them, is because they had a delay of silence at times especially if I restarted the movie I was watching on Netflix r if I hit the 10 seconds twice on a movie. And also I could literally put my hand on my four head and it would cause The earbuds to disconnect from each other. They did not give me good range like it said it was supposed to I think it was 20 to 30 feet. It would just cut out at about 10feet. If the company could fix those problems they would be a very good pair of earbuds. In my opinion.

Good sound quality, but best feature is rechargable case. Super functional and allows for long usage. Seems Bluetooth signal carries far as well (if that's possible). Cool product!
