These buds look great, feel great, sound great!..BUT they constantly lose the connect? Can’t have that happen the middle of your workout?

    Almost perfect but...

The deal breaker for me was the audio-video syncing. There is a lot of delay between them. When you’re watching someone speak the lip are really out of sync, enough to make it not enjoyable. When a notification came in on my iPhone X, the buds didn’t even play the sound because of he delay. I contacted support and said this was normal for wireless earbuds - not true. AirPods were perfect but painfully large for my ears. Sadly I’ve read others like the Bose Soundsport Free have this issue as well. If it wasn’t for this, these earbuds would beat all the competition. I’ve tried Beats X, AirPods, Bragi The Headphone, and the older JayBird earbuds and researched all the rest. These have the best battery life; they were the most comfortable; they had great sound including noise isolation. But if I can’t enjoy all media then they are no good for me. I ended up going back to semi-wireless earbuds, the JayBird X3, which are great but not truly wireless.

    Great Sound, A Little Tricky

I bought these after returning a pair of true wireless from another brand. I had heard good things about these, and they have an awesome sound. The only problem I have is that it's a little tricky to find a good fit. I have smaller ears, and I'm still trying to find the perfect fit in the right ear. Other than that, they're awesome. Battery life is good, sound is great, and comfort is really good.

Bought this item to try something different and love that I can pop them out of the ear n just have them hanging to listen to my surroundings. They have a great sound quality, you just have to find the right ear plug. Now.... I'm still having trouble answering the phone, lowering and raising the volume and had to go back and exchange them after 3 weeks cause the headset weren't picking up a charge. If you are gonna buy this item spend the extra money and buy the warranty for them.

The headphones fit securely, which is great for working out, but the audio level isn’t loud enough and the connection goes in and out.

This is my first pair of this newer Bluetooth capability. The sound is adequate but needs more bass. Also, I use these when I ride my bicycle and the sound often drifts out of my right ear and back. I keep my phone in a small carry bag right under the seat. Somewhat frustrating that this happens so frequently (especially when I have regular wireless earbuds that perform better at half the price!).

Getting more used to these earbuds

Got these during the Black Friday sale. I was looking for earbuds that are completely wireless and that also wrap around earlobes. JLab has done a pretty good job with these earbuds. The loops don't fall off the ear, but the different fitting pieces can still sometimes move around in the ear while excersizing, causing the sound to change. The overall sound quality is pretty good. Touch sensitvie controls located on the logos are very responsive. There is a small problem with the controls. When adjusting the position of the earbuds it's easy to accidentally touch the controls and skip or restart a song. It became easier over time to avoid this. I think the bluetooth connections to devices do get better like the instructions say. I've also been able to walk 100 ft away from my phone and still have a good connection. I've only had a split-second disconnect happen once some of the times I've used the earbuds. It's great to be able to use either earbud as the main one (when using both) or to just use one earbud as a headset for my phone. The charging case is nice, too. I've used my earbuds for at least five or six hours over the past week. After putting them in the charger, the charger still has most of it's 30 hour charge left (all five dots on the charger light up still). Just make sure to close the charger's lid completely to get the proper connection to charge. The earbuds don't quite rest perfectly in the case to get a proper charge sometimes. You can charge a phone with this charger too (only old mini usb phones though). All in all, I like these earbuds. The sound might not be quite like the more expensive brands, but the earbuds stay in place and they actually don't stick out too much from the ears.

I was skeptical at first but these earphones are terrific. I run fast and they stay perfectly in place. Sounds great too and has a very good battery life. I really enjoy using it. Make sure you pick the right ear bud among the many that are providdd to ensure quality sound.

Controls took a little getting used to but other than that, the fit is great and they’ve yet to fall off. I’ve had difficulty finding buds that don’t fall off. Pairing was easy and repeat connections are automatic. The sound quality is really good. The case provides constant charge and can also be used to charge your phone!

I love running and bought them for the quality of sound and strong battery life. They stay in place even when I am running very fast and sweating profusely. Not all ear buds with suit your ears so you have to pick the right one out from the many provided. Enjoy.

So. They work for a bit sound good. Then one side cuts out and they switch sides on which side turns off. Instant headache So it says it could be the internet connection or interference So I tried outside with no interference did same thing. I returned them.

I love the sound and fit of the headphones but pairing with my iphone took to much time sometimes around 5 minutes. I don't know why that is but I had to return them and decided to get something else.

I have little ears so being able to adjust for my ear is q plus and I don't have to worry about them falling out while working out. Sound quality is good and it has good battery life.

I can not believe how good these headphones actually are. The sound is flawless on them and its super easy to pair and charge them. I use them mainly for exercising and these things get the job done. They fit perfectly and regardless of the amount of sweat stay locked in. The only flaw they have is the sensitivity of the volume up/down. The down goes all the way down instead of going down bar by bar and up only stops the down. Other than that you won't find anything wrong with this truly wireless headphone. I have a pair of beats and blu ant wireless headphones and these are better than both of those and those still have a wire.

This by far are the most comfortable pair of head phones I have ever owned, how ever they need some work staying connected to my iPhone 7,I have use them for over two months and there are days they stay connected but others where I get constant sound drops, I found out if I only use one ear bud I hardly get any drops, also if am streaming music from my phone the buds seem As if they have to work harder to stay connected this is all if I clip my phone to my waist band I tried pairing the left or right bud but no luck.I bought this for running so I only use one bud and it seems to do pretty good at time trouble begins when you try using them both.
