Let me start by saying I had to return the 1st ones I bought cause the volume down got stuck and wouldn't work on my android phone. Used it on iPhone got stuck but I was raise the volume. Had to return cause of this problem. I was willing to try again. 2nd pair worked like they were suppose to. For the 99$ price these little suckers are very loud and the touch on them to play tracks forward and back pretty accurate. The packaging very nice. The charger case plastic Which most ppl would say cheap but for the $$ it's right on. And the way they designed it was pretty clever. The only thing that worries me is they kinda hurt my ear so not sure how that will go long term. But if you can get these for 99$ it's well worth the buy

The idea of these headphones was excellent, unfortunately, the execution did not come through. When they worked they were comfortable, the sound quality was great and the battery life was excellent. Unfortunately, the sound cut out multiple times during music and created an echo through most songs. I could not move more than 3 feet from my phone without dropping signal from 1 or both earphones. Also, the devices were overly touch sensitive to the point that if i accidentally brushed it with my hand ever so slightly the music would stop or change tracks. I tried using them for over 7 days before returning them and could never get them to work any better. I really hope that the company works out the issues above for their next release because if they do I will absolutely buy again since the battery and sound were great when it worked.

I really liked the form factor of the earpieces. I liked the charging case, which always kept them charged, with the ability to charge other items. When they had good connectivity they sounded great. However, I used these for walking and a good portion of the time, when I turned my head to check for cars, the connection would break . I found this annoying enough to return them. I tried using them for a while as they supposedly "learn" but the problem never went away. I have a different Plantronics bluetooth headset that does not have the same issue.

I bought these headphones because they were wireless and had the best battery life currently on the market. I am very happy with them. The buds have good sound, and the battery life for music playback or listening to radio is 6-7 hours. The battery pack for recharging is convenient. When talking to people on the phone, the microphone is very good. Most people don't know you are talking through a headset unless it is noisy in the area. The sound could be improved upon especially when you are sweating and earbuds get wet.

I bought this ear buds but they were not what I expected for the price . Sound was good for music but for calls not good . I didn’t like them because when you make a call only one ear works and then it drops the calls a lot .

Came in today. The sound and fitting are great. Like other reviews they do cut out. But will get better with each use. My Fireflies did the same but got better with each use.

These headphones were very disappointing! They fell out, couldn’t control the volume, and stop charging. I had them for less than a month.. I ended up returning them !!

The Jlab audio headphones are a real convienent set of earbuds. As a runner I needed the freedom of a wireless earbud. After searching the market I chose the Jlab epic. I read some consumer reviews and watched a couple YouTube pro reviews. While it doesn’t carry the bass level I’m used to it covers all my other needs including the convenience of tapping the earpiece to track ahead to the next song. They are comfortable and I forget I have them on while working out. At about $150 they are worth the price for what they deliver. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

They sound awesome for wireless buds, have good battery life, the case is really convenient, but they constantly struggled to stay connected to each other. Contact to their customer support yielded no response. I ended up returning them and got the Jabra Elite Sport instead for double the price but Rick-solid connections.

I bought these earbuds in july. The first set would not pair together so i brought them back for replacement. The second set wiuld not charge after 2 weeks. Brought them back also. The third set works perfectly. Sound is really good as they should. I recharge them at lunchtime so they last more than 8 hours for work.

These were a perfect gift for my wife who is an avid runner and wanted to upgrade to wireless headphones. They fit well into the ear and have added comfort with them wrapping around the ear as well.

This a great sound and canceling noise, the problem is the buttons are very sensitive and are activated without my consent, since I have to wear a hat and activate with the movement when I'm running

My only reason I dislike these is that it’s easy to lose one since they aren’t connected with a wire. I absolutely love them otherwise. They fit great and hug the ear well. Not much need to mess around with them while working out/running.

It gave me doubts whether to return it or not but the only thing I like is the great sound but not the connection which is really very poor! Every time I use it the connection is giving me headaches at first then in the middle of using it here comes the variable poor & good connection. It is really handy but not reliable when it comes to good listening. I decided not to return for at least I can use it for mobile calls with no wires and stays fit on my ears.

I like these alright but have have to manually pair them every time. Once in a while it momentarily loses the signal from one ear to the other. Had a Bose I liked better but it broke.
