Stays in ears, sometimes doesn't connect.

I love these earbuds! Love that they wrap around your ears to stay snug even when you're sweating/exercising! The case/charger is awesome too! Makes charging super easy! I haven't tried charging anything else with it but you can! The only thing I don't like is sometimes the buds don't connect to my phone. You have to mess with them till they do. Maybe it's my phone maybe not, but it gets annoying trying to figure it out. Other than that I'd recommend these buds for runners or anybody who works out!

I purchased this j lab earbuds a couple of days ago. I am very impressed with the quality of the music. They come with 8 ear pieces to fit my activity level. I love ear hooks feature with internal antena. The down side that these have is that they don’t endure workouts when one sweats profusely. The reviews I read say that the music volume control goes out of control with sweat and rain. I plan to test them at the gym to gauge how the moisture conditions impact the controls. I would return them if the music control goes out of whack. I like the features it offers so far and would take my time to learn to use them.

They stay really secure in your ear. Sound is good, but should not expect anything great from them. It's nice to sometimes have just one headphone in. The Bluetooth is good and have had no problems with it dropping.

Bought these because of the hook behind the ears. My ears are weird and do not fit in the ear buds all that well. That being said they stay on though a long workout and are comfortable. These did not stand up sound wise vs the Bose Soundsports free's or the Jaybird Run's. Both had much better sound. Did not really expect them too however. These were average. The touch buttons are a mess. Add some sweat and you are accidently skipping songs or adjusting the volume when you dont want too. The real issue these got brought back to BB is the connectivity to my phone and to each other is horrific. I know a few people say they will learn ... but they were not learning much when I had them on. I could not get through any song without an earbud cutting out. Form factor is awesome. Sound ok. I might have to give these another shot when Jlab releases version 2 or 3 and they have the bugs worked out.

These are great in idea, but a little lacking in execution. The pairing has to be redone periodically because the two units get off sync. Also the distance you can be from your phone is very small before they start to act up. My wife uses them to workout and so far they have stayed in the ear with rigorous lifting and running.

The headphones sound great. Connects very easy. Only thing is the controls on the headphones are VERY sensitive. If wearing a hoodie or some type hat it will effect the control by slightest movement.

Easy set-up and link. I use them when flying and get more noise cancellation than expected. Also use them on recreational bike rides with no problem

Is a good concept user-friendly kinda but I unfortunately only had them for one week I had connection issues the left earbud will not connect and then never turned on eventually I think the Bluetooth in it wasn't that great and that's the only way it works so I only had one earbud they weren't that loud but they fit really nice I had multiple earbuds what's the best part and an amazing charging case I ended up returning them and getting Bose a brand I could trust

I read the reviews before purchasing and others had complained about the connection. I thought that they meant getting the devices connected. the problem is that once everything is set up the connection drops out and interrupts whatever you are listening to. the sound quality is average. The case, charger and design are amazing but at the end of the day they do not work as headphones. I will be returning them.

They're great not so much on bass but the sound is good. At first the connectivity sucks one of the pieces will cut in and out its annoying. I called j lab customer service and was explained that they are adjusting to your surroundings but the more u use them the better. The battery life on them is great in owned the airpods and those really suck when they come to battery life these are great they do last more than 7 hours .

The best part about this product is its over the ear fit. But the sound and mic quality is just too bad and so would not recommend.

These headphones have excellent sound when listening to music. They are very comfortable, and I like the charging case and convenient storage of the charging cable. Very easy to pair with my iPhone 7. Would have given 5 stars, but use for phone calls is not great. You can hear the caller, but the caller seems to have a difficult time hearing. Wish charging were a bit faster, but not bad.

Been using these for a month now and love them. Have lost connection only a few times and only for a second or 2. Maybe not best sounding out there but still very good without wires! Left controls did not work for a couple weeks but now they do. Only complaint is have to disconnect and reconnect bluetooth most times I use them but only takes 30 seconds if that. I'll take that for not having any wires!!

Battery is good and looks kool. Volume never worked great and uncomfortable to ear. Cut out allot and kept loosing connection. When i was able to get it working temporarily, the volume was pretty loud when compared to others. Returned it for Jabra elite. Very happy.

Got these to use at work and so far I love them. I'm a mechanic and was always catching the wires on stuff and yanking them out of my ears. The lack of wires and secure fit of the Epic Air is perfect for my work. They sound awesome. They are a little finicky but according to the owners manual, that should go away as they "learn". They fit great and I never worry about them falling out.
